Les Quais de Lutèce

We stayed with our two grandsons for three nights at Les Quais de Lutèce and had a great time. The staff were very welcoming and efficient and the buffet meals were delicious - we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality and choice of food available. We hadn’t expected such a good standard of catering - it was excellent. After dinner we crossed the bridge for coffees and hot chocolate in the cozy and comfortable bar. Our room was satisfactory and the shower worked well so no complaints at all regarding the accommodation. It was a most enjoyable stay and we hope to return next year. Thank you.

Spacious, clean, well equipped. Nice separate sleeping area with a curtain for the kids bunk beds to give some privacy.

Fridge, separate toilet to the bathroom, comfy bed. Nice pillows. Lovely bar lounge. Great breakfast

What's not to like?

A wonderful stay at a great hotel. The rooms and other hotel facilities were perfect for our family, and the easy access to the theme park made everything painless. We’ll be back!

Highly recommend to visit this park also and not just Disney if you are in Paris. Great operations, queues are very managable, friendly cast (and yes, most understand enough english). Superb diversity of rides, including 4 big waterrides that are a life-saver on hot days. Toutatis and Oziriz are world class rides.

We travelled as a family of five, with three children age 11 and under. The hotel is magical, very whimsical and quaint with a little river running through it. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We had a really lovely room, perfectly equipped and comfortable, with bunk beds for the children. The breakfast and dinner buffets were of a very high standard. It’s a short walk into Parc Asterix each day to enjoy all it has to offer and it was a pleasure to return to the comfort of this hotel at the end of each day. Highly recommended for families.

A beautiful hotel, looks exactly like the photos. Easy walk to Parc Asterix and only 20 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport. Very comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Room service was a god-send after an exhausting day on all the rides!

the establishment is really of good taste (no Disneyland-like) in its decor, architecture and ambience. The dinner buffet is also astoundingly good: very high quality and variety of dishing. Absolutely worth the price

Thanks for a wonderful night in your hotel. Everything was amazing from the entrance to exit, the decor for Halloween was great too! Very authentic place and well thought through. I'd come back anytime. HOWEVER, you could use better people for the check in counter - we were just numbers in their eyes and felt like 'meh' when we were checked in. They were not very willing to explain everything in a normal pace but rather expeditive in a very fast French - although I speak and understand FR very well. I felt a bit like I'm just another face, get over with it, I need to go home, lady! On another note, the only thing I'd improve is the pillows in the room -they are really not the quality if a 4 star hotel and downgrade the overall sleeping experience there. :)

Nice hotel with friendly staff, always willing to help. Anastasia in the bar was especially helpful and very knowledgeable! Buffet is a bit hit & miss, generally good food but lack of child friendly food made it very expensive for our kids (only ate meatballs! ) as they were charged the full €40 as they were classed as adults.
Parc Astérix has a good range of coasters and was more fun than Disney IMO.
I have only taken one star off as the room had a very strong smell of garlic when we arrived, I assume because it was above the restaurant. This was gone by the morning though.

The hotel was amazing and we liked it a lot. Wonderful from outside and the rooms are spacious, practical, cosy...everything you wish for. The dinner buffet was delicious and high quality of food, but quite pricey.

Anastasia provided amazing hospitality, going out of her way to retrieve ingredients for a beverage that they had run out of, at 10:30pm. Thanks again for your efforts, after a long day and travel to the hotel that was just the kind of hospitality we needed.

They should speak English if they have a lot of people around the world. The shuttle drive, drove were we don’t supposed to go!
