Last minute booking was an amazing stay and experience. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The property is very close to the station. The check-in restaurant bar in lobby are all the same room, which is quite unique. Because it’s such a multipurpose room the Japanese style and vibe really make it perfect.
The room was a very modern yet traditional Japanese style. The staff were some of the most friendly I have ever encountered in 18 years of living in Japan. The fresh-made onigiri and miso soup breakfast was really good!

Cons:

I would prefer softer pajamas? No coffee served at breakfast although they do provide the self-pour over packs in the room which were really good.

個室サウナが予約制ってことをはじめに言ってほしかった。とてもいいサウナだったので予約時間が遅くなってしまい堪能しきれなかったのが残念でした。

Mixed feelings about this property.
Pros:

Spacious room. Nice traditional local breakfast.

Cons:

1. Official check in is 3 pm. Room was ready at 2 pm. My luggage was already in the room but they refused to allow me into the room unless I pay ¥2,000 for early check-in. I refused!
2. Access from train station is thru a tiny dirt track with water ponding when raining!!
3. Noise from the next room is very loud!!
4. Morning Sun at the WC seat is unbearable!

大人数での宿泊も、お招きした大切な方々を安心してご案内できました。

Nice boutique hotel with an amazing service and a different breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast experience is amazing. Onigiris and miso soup for breaksfast is definitely something different.
The staff is super attentive, professional and friendly.
The room was very confortable, the beds were lowered but very cozy.
The shower with a bathtub is an add on.
We booked a massage for 2 in the room and was very relaxing.
The hotel is 2 min walking to the train station close to many restaurants but still in a quiet area.

Cons:

Nothing that I did not like, appart from the price of the room, which was more expensive than in Tokyo.

乾淨舒適，員工態度友好，吃早餐（兩個飯糰和味噌湯）吃完會主動問是否需要加飯糰和湯

Cons:

1.房間隔局狹長型，連接浴室廁所和睡眠區的中間走道，若兩個人要錯身通行不夠寬
2. 沒有合作的停車場，附近停車場都很貴且不一定有空位
