Le fait qu'il est près de l'autoroute.
Qu'on a pas besoin de sortir pour manger.
qu'on accepte les chiens..
qu'il y a une station d'essence juste à côté.
J'aime que le lavabo et miroir soit à part de la salle de bain.

Cons:

mettre un ventilateur dans la salle de bain.
