L’hôtel n’a jamais répondu à notre demande de navette depuis l’aéroport. À notre arrivée, nous avions réservé pour 3 adultes avec un lit d’appoint, mais on nous a donné un lit bébé en mauvais état et nous avons attendu près de 3 heures pour obtenir un vrai lit. L’accueil était très désagréable et, malgré notre petit-déjeuner à emporter prévu pour notre départ matinal, ce qui nous a été remis était de très mauvaise qualité et immangeable.
Nous avons vraiment regretté notre séjour.

I didn’t like the fact that one of your security was telling me to pay for parking just because i was coming from outside the hotel
And i went straight into my car then he started to tell one of the security that i should pay for the parking while i told him that i was the guest at your hotel then he said i should show the room card and i showed them then he said he doesn’t believe that i felt super bad and he was insist that i should pay for the park is this what u do to your guest?.

Amazing and friendly staff. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The only downside to our stay was that there was construction taking place in one of the rooms, and the noise was quite disruptive. It would have been appreciated if guests had been notified in advance.

We also had an odd experience where a member of staff told us we couldn't take photos in the reception area. We weren't photographing the reception itself, we were simply dressed up for an event and taking a few pictures before heading out. I have never encountered a policy like this at a five-star hotel, so it felt unnecessary and detracted slightly from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Ich habe mich geärgert, weil ich mich auf ein Zimmer mit Meersicht gefreut hatte.

Eigentlich alles, nur die Behandlung von mir als Gast war sehr überheblich

Ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht. Dann hat man mich per Mail angefragt , ob ich ein Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Meersicht möchte.
Ja, ich habe gebucht und 50 Euro bezahlt.
Bekommen habe ich dann leider ein Juniorsuite, die ich nicht wollte, weil halt kein Meerzimmer mehr zur Verfügung gestanden hat. Das habe ich im Gespräch mit ihrer Receptionistin dann herausgehört.

Ich find das total daneben und schlecht.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm and friendly welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable room. The staff were professional, attentive, and always happy to help with anything I needed.
The facilities were excellent, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and the overall atmosphere made my stay very relaxing.

I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Everything was well organized, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in providing outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the laundry service. Although my clothes were returned on time, they didn't feel properly cleaned and didn't have the fresh scent or appearance I expected. This was the only part of my stay that didn't meet expectation

Pros:

It is a very beautiful hotel, right opposite the ferry terminal. It is so clean with amazing views. The facilities and the meals were great. The staff were very friendly and nice. We felt right at home. We would definately go back.
