Pros:

Schönes und gepflegtes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, gute Ausstattung und tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Parkkosten on top, schon recht teuer.

Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage, egal was in Düsseldorf ansteht. Dank der Haltestelle am Belsenplatz sind schnelle und kurze Wege innerhalb der Stadt möglich.

Cons:

Leider haben wir dieses Mal ein Zimmer zur Hansallee gehabt, die Straßenbahn verkürzt lautstärketechnisch die Nachtruhe erheblich. Andere Hotels sind da besser schallgedämmt.

Sehr angenehmer und netter Aufenthalt. Super Regendusche, sehr bequemes Bett.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Alle Produkte waren frisch. Vegetarianer und Veganer waren auch sehe gut versorgt. Super Kaffee und sonst vielfältiger Auswahl von verschiedenen Sorten Obst, Gemüse, Brötchen und vielen anderen Produkten.

Cons:

Ich bin mit vollgepackten Wagen gekommen und aus dem Grund musste ich im Tiefgarage des Hotels parken und das war sehr teuer. Für die 2 Tage habe ich über 50 € bezahlen müssen.

Toller Service (Kontakt zur Rezeption per WhatsApp, die Wünsche sehr schnell erfüllten)

Etwas mehr Licht im Bad wäre toll.

Cozey exept for the last two days because of the girls from reception ( started to feel not saved)
Pros:

The microwave in my room felt nice
And more space in the bigger room.

Cons:

That te worker’s couldnt handle me being autistic
I did not ask to have that , it is already hard to ask questions or move places for me .
A turkish girl going to her college saying if she is botering you let me know she was also yeling at us..
Im turkish too you know..
Autism not fun to have. I only complained about my bed matrass being weird in my room. And asking question and I always talk fast high pitch when i am scared and panicking. I schould not have been explaining myself but sadly i need to.
I did not feel heard at all.

mutfakta ürünlerde KÜFLENME vardı domates küflenmiş şekilde servis sunumu yapılmıştı hoş değildi kahvaltı yetersizdi ilgili otelde gece yarısından sonra mekana alkollü ve madde kullanmış insanlar geliyordu
