Cons:

Room wasnt ready literally 3 hours after checkin hours. Even the staff wasnt helpful at all. Gave me a reach around answer that did nothing but prolong, Im tired, my wifes tired and kids tired. Cooped up in a vehicle after a long drive and having to wait even more.

Pésimo Hotel

Solo la ubicación

Todo mal en ese hotel

No nos pudimos bañar, no tenían agua caliente

El cuarto me lo tuvieron listo hasta las 4:20 pm y eso porque me queje, me lo querían dar a las 5pm

El desayuno sin variedad, el huevo se acabó

Pedí la ropa de cama para el sofá cama y se tardaron 1 hora en llevarlas

La cafetera de habitación no funcionaba

Nunca vuelvo a ese hotel

Bad experience.
Cons:

There were stains on the carpet just outside of our room. also in the carpet inside our room. Having stains there is really uncomfortable, if there are stains in the most visible areas of the hotel and your room, you cant really expect it to be clean and hygienic in less visible places. We had to use the stairs access as our room was closer to is, and the smell in that area of the hotel was really bad, it smelled of trash. Also, the ice machine on our floor sent ice flying everywhere, so the floor was always wet and/or with ice, so that was really dangerous. Just stayed one night, and not going back.
