Not the best experience as always…
Pros:

Location and the amenities included.

Cons:

We’ve been there multiple times and we always enjoy the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff attitude, but unfortunately this last time the front desk lady changed our room 3 times! The first time because it has bad odor, the second one the shower didn’t properly work, at the end the last assigned room was ok but it seems a lack of cleaning staff. During the time I was not the only one that changed room, there were a couple of other customers complaining about other issues. Hope next time they have this inconvenience solved, because it’s a great hotel.

La atención del personal de recepción excelente muy atentas las señoritas y la cercanía del mall excelente

Lobby looks clean

Cons:

Room wasnt ready literally 3 hours after checkin hours. Even the staff wasnt helpful at all. Gave me a reach around answer that did nothing but prolong, Im tired, my wifes tired and kids tired. Cooped up in a vehicle after a long drive and having to wait even more.
