Cambria Hotel Manchester South Windsor

Very very noisy on the 3rd floor from aprox 11:00 until 12:30 or so. Running down the hallway and carrying on loudly.

We were put in a room close to the lobby and it was pretty loud until 2am and you can hear everything.

Great room!! I don’t like that the room is cleaned every 3 days instead of everyday but it’s available upon request. Many options for food in side the hotel and also walking distance in the shopping complex. Loved the room for the price, will absolutely stay back here if back in this area

This hotel was beautiful!! Only thing that was missing was free breakfast!

Didn't like the pets

Close to shopping and restaurants. Clean and loves the shower. I texted to have the room cleaned per their recommendation and did not get the room cleaned, ended up calling to make sure it was cleaned for the next day.

We checked in very late and our room was VERY cold when we arrived. We adjusted the thermostat and asked the front desk for some extra blankets but were told by the front desk attendant that the hotel was OUT of them -- which felt very odd. Otherwise, we had a great experience at this property and are likely to recommend this hotel to others and to choose it again when we're in the area.

Accommodating staff

Everything was great except there are no outlets in the bathroom and there wasn’t enough light at the vanity.

We came into town for the Chris Brown concert. The room was amazing and the bartender was great! We will definitely becoming back

A decent stay, but for a newer property thats a little more costly than a typical chain, there wasn't much more to it.

Pro's:
- In a very accessible area near many shopping and food options, and close to the highway to venture further out.
- Good sized room
- Cleanliness

Con's:
- There was almost never anyone actually at the desk, they were always elsewhere and have to come over to service. Once there, interactions were fine, not negative, but not positive, just neutral.
- Mini fridge leaking and water on the floor. We unplugged it for the stay and wiped up the water. Not a huge deal, but interesting for a newer property.
- Remote controls did not work in our room, had to go grab a new one.

Friendly staff and well kept property.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend for my husband's birthday, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. We checked in late, went out to dinner, and came back to get ready for bed. As I pulled back the sheets, I was absolutely disgusted to find an enormous amount of hair in the bed, along with red, dried stains that looked like blood.
I immediately called the front desk, and the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude. She informed me that housekeeping had already left for the night but said she would send someone up with clean sheets. A person eventually came to our room—but didn’t speak English and just handed us the sheets. We had to change the bedding ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one we paid good money for.
To make matters worse, the replacement sheets were also stained, and as we were changing the bed, we discovered that the mattress cover underneath was also covered in hair. At that point, we were disgusted and exhausted.
I spoke with the general manager, Eric, who told me that we would receive a refund due to the condition of the room and the terrible experience. However, now that Expedia is trying to follow up about the refund, no one from the hotel is responding or available. It feels like they are dodging responsibility.
Do not waste your money—this place is filthy, unprofessional, and clearly has no interest in making things right for their guests. I would give zero stars if I could.
