Srvice were quite fast, i request for 1 hr late check out but only 30min allowed according to their policy..

The room is simple and clean but bath room need improvement
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

The shower holder is fixed non adjustable cause a lot of trouble to bath, need to replace to the adjustable holder
Also the long bath and shower need to separate as I need to climb into the long bath to take a shower , for old folks will be trouble and risky
The toilet light os too dimmed need to change to brighter light or add in mirror light

Short stay at kolo Pilah
Pros:

Close to main road n eateries.
The hotel gave a n attention to my request to hv rooms close to the lift for my old mother. Tqvm

Cons:

The shower host only has a single water output set. N it is very thinly disperse.
Pls consider changing to a standard water host
