peti sejuk tu x sejuk .... lepas tu kalau boleh tv tu pun atur lah .. harga murah memang murah lah ... atleast peti sejuk bukan sekadsr hiasan dalam bilik .. tq

Lack of customer services and slow in solving problems.

The place is near to the centre

Cons:

Well basically i stayed at room 126 but around 3 to 4 am, the electricity shut down 3 times and it was hot up until we had to request to move to another room at nearly 5 am. we checked out late around 1330 pm but they charged us RM32 while they cut out our electricity at 12pm!!! but still charging us for late check out. i dont mind to be charged but why cut off the electricity in my room ? so unreasonable. Please put some manners a bit and try to fix your customer services, since the day we checked in & checked out, i found out that the staff dont even smile and literally giving us rude services.
