Pros:

It was an over all enjoyable experience from check in to check out, everyone was helpful polite and welcoming. We checked in Friday night and that gentleman was so helpful about directions and let us know we won’t want to stay anywhere else. He was correct we can’t wait to return!!

Everything was great. The only issue we had was with take out orders from the 24/7. The room was in my name and they wouldn’t let us pick up an order unless I was the one picking it up. The first night was no problem. Then the policy was different so a bit confusing and they lost out on our order. That was the only issue we had though.

I was treated rude by a couple of bartenders. They made me pay for a beverage even after I told them that no one was taking orders and I had to stop playing and order myself a beverage that I paid$12.00 dollars for.

The room was very, very nice. We did have a little hiccup with our neighbors. They had their TV on too loud. I called Security and they resolved the issue in a timely manner. We were able to sleep after that. Our stay was great. We love staying at your hotel. Thank you.

Surprised my husband for his bday here. It was both our first time and we're already planning another trip!!!

The rooms were clean, many options for food, and the staff was friendly. It was a bit confusing on the elevators at first but we got it down.
