Real nice, everything is close, if you like to walk, it’s the spot

The rooms are clean, the food is ok,
Staff is gentle but I would felt better if they had a better security filter, everything was ok, but it shares a bar open to the public

Perfect stay in the heart of Queretaro
Pros:

Excellent hotel, rooms well equipped with everything down to the shoe Polish and sewing kit! Definitwly my new favourite hotel to stay in whenever I visit Queretaro. Lovely rooftop restaurant!

Séjour très agréable ! Confort de la chambre
L’emplacement, le personnel qui nous a trouvé un lit parapluie pour bébé.
L’hôtel est très beau!

todo, estaba super bien el cuarto, las camas comodisimas y el personal super amable

El unico pero que le pongo es que no tiene estacionamiento o algun lugar donde puedas parquear en lo que bajas maletas etc

If it would not be for the noise, the hotel would be a 9 out of 10

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is the best.

The noise at night was disturbing and it made it difficult to have a restful sleep.

Lugar muy acogedor

Cons:

Estuve en habitación 301 a un lado del elevador y cada ves que el elevador se usaba se escuchaban los cables supongo o algún ruido que era como un golpe entre algo y la pared.

El hotel es bonito y muy bien ubicado, moderno,

No ayudan en nada, no tiene parqueadero, y tiene que llevar el auto y al salir ni ayudan con las maletas, no ofrecen servicio de qué ver o visitar si vas por primera vez. Por el precio, las habitaciones son bien pequeñas. Cobran por mascota pero no dan servicio y no dejan nada para la mascota. Está en un pueblo de México pero parece que estarías en Europa por la música que ponen. Booking.com me cobró el desayuno pero el mismo no fue reflejado, o sea, salí sin tomar desayuno. No me dieron mi factura y cuando pregunté me dicen tengo que enviar un correo para algo tan sencillo. En el restaurante mi esposa pidio su sopa y pidio nada animal enla misma, esta lego con cerdo, la sopa de crema que pedi estubo fria, por el precio que pagas creo esperas mejor calidad.

las camas muy cómodas.Ofrecen café en la habitación. Personal amable

Cons:

Las noches que me hospedé hay un ruido constante que se escucha por el techo a todas horas. Como si el aire movieraa un cancel. Pregunté a la recepción pero decían que era el edificio de atras. Me proprocionaron tapones para los oídos para poder dormir.
