Pros:

La chambre propre et spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur la ville au 9eme étage.

Cons:

Le Petit déjeuner bien que très copieux était un peu limité en produits sucrés.

Pros:

Milý personál, možnost parkování, výhled na Ararat z pokoje, prostorný čistý rodinný pokoj, v přízemí bar. Snídaně se slušným výběrem teplých i studených pokrmů, omelety dle přání, vše doplňováno. V dochozí vzdálenosti do centra, buď přes Kond nebo tunelem pro pěší pod hotelem.

Cons:

Na mne moc měkké postele. V okolí se staví a nad hotelem je rušná silnice, což v noci nevadilo, ale pod hotelem u řeky je diskotéka a to z jedné strany hotelu bylo o víkendu slyšet. I přes tyto chybičky bych hotel dopručila!

Die Bar und das Restaurant könnten ansprechender eingerichtet werden. In der Bar sollte das Rauchen verboten werden, da es zu einer Geruchsbelästigung kommen kann.

Very convenient hotel if you come with car.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because I was arriving with a rental car, and they have plenty of parking spaces (around 20). The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, so there is no traffic. It is a hotel with 4 rooms per floor, so it was fairly quiet. And the room I got was quite big. I liked the fact that you can rotate the TV to face the bed or the couch.

Cons:

The hotel staff handled everything efficiently, but there was very little friendliness or personal attention, like they were simply going through the motions rather than genuinely engaging with guests. It is something that the hotel could improve. Food was fulfilling but nothing to write about. Also, the last day of my stay there was a private party at the restaurant, and most of the parking spaces were taken (fortunately, I was at the 9th floor, so I did not hear any noise).

Pros:

Struttura decisamente consigliata: posizione centrale, colazione variegata (con numerose proposte salate), ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e staff sempre disponibile. L’ambiente è moderno e accogliente, con spazi ben organizzati e funzionali. In camera abbiamo trovato acqua minerale in omaggio, un’attenzione davvero apprezzata, e anche l’acqua del rubinetto era potabile, dettaglio tutt’altro che scontato. Abbiamo scelto nuovamente questo albergo alla fine del nostro tour dell'Armenia, prima del rientro in Italia.

Cons:

Ho apprezzato davvero questa struttura; i miei vogliono essere solo piccoli suggerimenti per migliorare ulteriormente l’esperienza. Il sistema di ventilazione dei bagni potrebbe essere potenziato, così da eliminare più efficacemente l’umidità residua dopo la doccia. Inoltre, a colazione si potrebbe aggiungere qualche proposta dolce in più.

Norm place to stay but a lot of little issues
Pros:

Location is good, rooms are big and place is quite.

Cons:

Electric sockets were awful, all were worn out and every time charging phone was a journey not to get hit or not to make a fire...

Big issues were separate beds, since booking was made for 1 bed and in room description it is written too, still we got 2 beds.. reception tried to sort it out but of course hotel had no other rooms available))

Overall it's good place and good hotel but little issues impacted our stay.
