Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel si nous revenons en Arménie nous irions à nouveau la bas
Pros:

L'emplacement était bien, un peu à l'extérieur d'Erevan mais grâce aux transports cela ne nous a pas impacté. Puis bénéficier d'une piscine était vraiment très agréable après les visites !
elle était propre et assez grande.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, il était copieux mais pas suffisamment varié : trop de salé pour très peu de choses sucrées.
Un effort est à faire par certains membres du personnel pour être plus agréables notamment au niveau du bar/restaurant, on a l'impression de les ennuyer quand on demande quelque chose (très poliment) et l'impression qu'ils se moquent de nous cela n'est pas très agréable..

Pros:

Bra bemötande av personalen tidigt morgon, rummet var rent och bra städat dagligen, yttre miljön är luftigt och familjärt bassängen och restaurangen /kvällsbaren 😍 👍

Cons:

Yttre dörren av hotellet var stilla men måste snöra det manuellt, frukosten var begränsat med alter nativitet, däremot restaurang personalen var behjälpliga och det uppskattas 👍. En morgon hade vi bråttom att åka från hotellet och blev det ström avbröt det tåg ca 10 m att fixa det.

Schönes Hotel in zetraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Großer gepflegter Pool. Die Innenstadt ist in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist das Hotel recht ruhig gelegen. Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

Ресепшен и напор воды.
В целом все хорошо.

Cons:

Не понравился тот факт, что я со своими фруктами спустился из номера в бассейн, на что мне запретили и сказали что нельзя приходить со своей едой к бассейну.
Мне не понятно тот факт, что, я заплатил за проживание в этом отеле и я имею право пользоваться всеми ресурсами этого отеля, однако это никому не интересно.
Я ведь выбрал этот отель из-за бассейна и тем самым мне не дали отдохнуть, так как планировал.
P.S.: причем я попросил купить этот фрукт, у них в продаже не было.

Хорошее соотношение цена-качество, но предпочтительнее отдыхать в будни.
Pros:

Очень доброжелательный персонал. Особенно хочется поблагодарить швейцара Георгия, который не только помог с чемоданами, но и дал рекомендации по вызову такси и с удовольствием поделился рассказом о местных особенностях и традициях.

Cons:

По выходным у бассейна очень громкая музыка, что мешает общаться взрослым и спать маленьким детям. Ресторан находится прямо около диджея и есть проблематично.
Останавливаемся не первый раз. Розетки во многих номерах расшатанные, пользоваться проблематично.
