Good value for this money. Definitely 3 star.
Pros:

Rooms quiet spacious, nice interior inside

Cons:

Some facilities need to upgrade, bathroom shower was leaking, hair dryer was almost damaged. Definitely Need to improve. Also little bit annoying police officers marshal all the time around hotel. Breakfast very poor and not many choices.

Their rudeness and poor behaviour were unacceptable, and the hotel manager himself was extremely impolite. They had no sense of respect towards the guests at all. The facilities and breakfast were of very low quality. For example, bread left over from the previous day was fried with eggs and served to guests, and all the cheeses were yellowed, stale, and dried out.

They failed to provide tea, Nescafé, and water in the rooms according to the number of guests. The swimming pool had no lifeguard, and when an incident occurred at the hotel, unfortunately the manager treated us—the guests—with great disrespect.

This hotel is of a very, very low standard and in no way meets the requirements of a four-star establishment.

Толко что вернулись из Еревана ! Отель выше всяких похвал . Месторасположение идеальное , про вид из окна я вообще молчу , это нужно увидеть !
