Понравилось всё: отель расположен в удобном для моих поездок в Ереван месте.
Останавливаюсь уже не первый раз и всегда остаюсь доволен.
Помимо удобства расположения - несомненные плюсы для меня: очень удобные номера, мягкие кровати, светлые номера, живописный вид из окон. Тихо и спокойно.
А также вкусно готовят в ресторане. Доставка в номер тоже не вызывала никаких трудностей.

Месторасположение. Тихо, нет суеты, но в тоже время не далеко от центра. Все в шаговой доступности. Уборка каждый день с заменой полотенец. Все чисто. Персонал доброжелательный, подскажут и расскажут.

Cons:

На завтраках практически отсутствует выпечка или десерты с чем попить чай или кофе.

Pros:

Leider war der Empfang nicht besonders angenehm. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption wirkte stark mit privaten Dingen beschäftigt und ließ mich beim Check-in warten. Zudem empfand ich den Umgang als wenig freundlich, teilweise oberflächlich und etwas arrogant. Gerade in einem ansonsten sehr guten Hotel ist der erste Eindruck besonders wichtig – hier gibt es definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial.

Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber und in Ordnung. Allerdings sind die Fenster sehr alt und undicht, sodass man den Verkehr die ganze Nacht deutlich hört. Zudem lassen sie sich nicht richtig verriegeln. Im Badezimmer roch es stark nach Rauch, vermutlich vom vorherigen Gast. Das war leider unangenehm, auch wenn ich es aufgrund meines kurzen Aufenthalts nicht reklamiert habe.

Das Frühstück hingegen war sehr positiv: Es gab ein reichhaltiges Buffet, und frisch zubereitete Eier nach Wunsch (Spiegelei oder Rührei) – das war wirklich hervorragend organisiert. Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Fazit:
Ein grundsätzlich sehr gutes Hotel mit deutlichen Schwächen im Servicebereich und kleineren Mängeln im Zimmer. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit im Empfang und Renovierung der Fenster wäre das Gesamtbild deutlich besser.

Milý personál, možnost parkování, výhled na Ararat z pokoje, prostorný čistý rodinný pokoj, v přízemí bar. Snídaně se slušným výběrem teplých i studených pokrmů, omelety dle přání, vše doplňováno. V dochozí vzdálenosti do centra, buď přes Kond nebo tunelem pro pěší pod hotelem.

Cons:

Na mne moc měkké postele. V okolí se staví a nad hotelem je rušná silnice, což v noci nevadilo, ale pod hotelem u řeky je diskotéka a to z jedné strany hotelu bylo o víkendu slyšet. I přes tyto chybičky bych hotel dopručila!

Cons:

Die Bar und das Restaurant könnten ansprechender eingerichtet werden. In der Bar sollte das Rauchen verboten werden, da es zu einer Geruchsbelästigung kommen kann.

Very convenient hotel if you come with car.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because I was arriving with a rental car, and they have plenty of parking spaces (around 20). The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, so there is no traffic. It is a hotel with 4 rooms per floor, so it was fairly quiet. And the room I got was quite big. I liked the fact that you can rotate the TV to face the bed or the couch.

Cons:

The hotel staff handled everything efficiently, but there was very little friendliness or personal attention, like they were simply going through the motions rather than genuinely engaging with guests. It is something that the hotel could improve. Food was fulfilling but nothing to write about. Also, the last day of my stay there was a private party at the restaurant, and most of the parking spaces were taken (fortunately, I was at the 9th floor, so I did not hear any noise).
