Pros:

Spacious rooms, ok overall

Cons:

We had a family 2 bedroom and there were 2 very disappointed moments:
1. Room were not cleaned properly for the very long time. Curtains and fabric sofas were very dusty and we couldn’t stay in the room without sneezing.
2. Room was on the 11th floor and the windows opened wide without any limiters or safety devices. This is very unsafe especially in the family rooms

Pros:

Very nice place, little bit outside of the city, but road to the airport without traffic jams. Big rooms, great service. Nice fancy restaurant close by.

Cons:

The breakfast is ordinary, nothing local. To the city about 30 minute of walking, but still managable.

Bardzo ładny hotel. Miły personel,

Ładny widok na miasto, czysto balkony w pokojach, przestronne pokoje, pomocny personel.

Неплохое расположение отеля, большой удобный номер, вкусный завтрак с видом на бассейн, очень приветливая девушка Лилит на ресепшн

Cons:

Впервые мы столкнулись с такой уборкой номера,да ещё в 4 звездочном отеле. Кроме забрать мусор и поставить новую воду, НИЧЕГО!! Мы возвращались к брошенным на пол полотенцам и незастеленным кроватям. Возможно это только нам так повезло с уборщицей на этаже, но отелю стоит на это обратить своё внимание, так как это не допустимо!

Pros:

Понравилось всё: отель расположен в удобном для моих поездок в Ереван месте.
Останавливаюсь уже не первый раз и всегда остаюсь доволен.
Помимо удобства расположения - несомненные плюсы для меня: очень удобные номера, мягкие кровати, светлые номера, живописный вид из окон. Тихо и спокойно.
А также вкусно готовят в ресторане. Доставка в номер тоже не вызывала никаких трудностей.
