Lástima del ruido exterior
Pros:

Está en muy buena zona, cerca del centro. Buenos restaurantes y tiendas próximos. Muy limpio y amplio. He de decir que nuestra habitación era triple, pero dormimos 2 personas. Personal educado. Son sólo 6 habitaciones. Nos guardaron la maleta hasta las 5pm, que salimos al aeropuerto.
Nos compensaron con el desayuno el último día, en un café cercano. Agradecemos el gesto, pero nada que ver con poder dormir sin ruido exterior.

Cons:

El hotel está bien, sin embargo, tiene un inconveniente importante: por la noche hay mucho ruido. Se escucha todo lo que ocurre en la calle, como conversaciones y motos, además de un garaje situado debajo de la ventana, con constante entrada y salida de coches. Para poder descansar, es necesario dormir con tapones. Te los proporcionan ellos junto a los productos de cortesía como jabón y champú, conocedores del problema.
Tiene solución: la habitación es muy grande y, presumiblemente, podrían instalar cristaleras aislantes para corregirlo, pues estropea por completo el descanso.
Ponen edredón en lugar de funda nórdica, lo cual da un poco de grima, ya que no lo lavarán en cada entrada y salida, pero no hay otra cosa.

Posizione centrale e quartiere tranquillo. Camera dotata di qualunque comfort, adatta a una coppia, estremamente pulita. Staff cordiale e sorridente. Assistenza costante per servizi.

En gros, c’était un bon séjour

Ha sido mejor de lo que esperábamos.
Pros:

El trato cordial y amable del personal, personas muy educadas y atentas. La habitación era increíblemente bonita y confortable y la ubicación, para mi gusto y el de mi pareja, es excelente. Está situado en una zona comercial preciosa y a pocos minutos del centro histórico de la ciudad. Si volvemos repetiremos seguro, gracias !!!!

Both receptionists, Daniele and Laurine, were extremely pleasant and always open to helping with any questions or requests. Their friendliness and willingness to support really made a positive difference during my stay.
The location of the hotel was perfect. For me, it was in the nicest and cleanest area of Naples, and it was also conveniently close to a metro station, which made getting around very easy.
The room was quite spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was delivered to the room every morning — a very convenient and enjoyable touch.
Overall, I really liked my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

One thing to keep in mind is that the area is quite lively, so if you are very sensitive to noise, you may notice it. For me personally, it was normal and did not affect my stay. This is, of course, outside of the hotel’s control.
Overall, I don’t see any areas for improvement related to the hotel itself as it matched to my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it.
