Great location but not very comfortable
Pros:

Very good location, Chiaia is really the place to be in Napoli. Spacious rooms. Cannot assess breakfast but bear in mind it is served either in a cafeteria close by or brought in the room. Staff was friendly

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable at all. The room was super hot - truth is we didn’t switch on the aircon but we were there mid April with 20 degrees high temperature. Normally we shouldn’t need air con. I didn’t get any sleep at night

Lovely place with great helpful staff
Pros:

We really enjoy our stay in this place. First of all we found staff Arcangelo and Lorins extremely helpful and professional. The cleaners did a great work to ensure the place was spotless everyday. room was very spacious and clean. The facilities in the room were very good. We had breakfast delivered everyday to us from a nearby cafe, I actually believe there were not a lot of options if you didnt like sweets or you didnt want to eat cakes or sweets everyday for breakfast. we like the area as it was clean and full of nice places to eat or drink. The underground was only five minutes walk from place.

Cons:

The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable, more so if you had a bad back. however staff lend us a cushion to put on the chair ot make it more bearable. however we just loved the place regardless of the chairs.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist nahe des Hafens und der Altstadt. Das Gebiet Chaia ist wie Neapel sehr lebhaft.
Frühstück kann man sich ins Zimmer ordern.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert. Fenster kann man wegen des Straßenlärm leider nicht offen lassen. Mit dem Auto hinzukommen geht, ist aber leicht tricky.

Temiz ve konforlu bir oda Napoliye tekrar gelsem yine burayı tercih ederim. Arcangelo çok kibar biri tanışmasakta, online olarak bize destek oldu.

Locatia excelenta in Chiaia, Personalul foarte atent si prietenos. Laurine si Arcangelo au fost extraordinari si le multumim. Camere frumoase si curate.

Pros:

Παρά πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο. Ωραία γειτονιά. Ασφαλης. Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο. Οι άνθρωποι ευγενικοί και χαμογελαστοί. Σκεφτόμασταν να μείνουμε Chiai ή Vomero. Το πολύ θετικό είναι ότι με το funicolare το vomero είναι 10 λεπτά από το δώμάτιο. Πολύ κοντά super market. Και ωραία καφέ. Πέρα από το ιστορικό κέντρο η chiaia είχε και την δική της ζωή με ωραία καφε εστιατόρια και bars. Μια πάρα πολύ επιλογή.

Pros:

Struttura perfetta sotto ogni aspetto, posizione eccezionale, camera luminosa, completa di tutto , pulitissima e calda. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli all arrivo e prima della partenza. Torneremo certamente!
