Pros:

Struttura perfetta sotto ogni aspetto, posizione eccezionale, camera luminosa, completa di tutto , pulitissima e calda. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli all arrivo e prima della partenza. Torneremo certamente!

I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Naples.

Decent stay in Napoli
Pros:

Very good location. In a very live place but also away from the central chaos. Very close to L2 metro line (which was closed due to maintenance during our vacation but this is our misluck) and walking distance to good restaurants and cafes.

There is an option to get breakfast to your room or go to the little cafe right around the corner. Breakfast is okay, nothing fancy but only selection of 1 sweet pastry and coffee or juice. It was fresh and room service for free was nice. Especially on the days that we were in rush.

Room cleaning is good, they clean everyday and it smells good. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good air conditioning to warm the room.

Staff is friendly and always reachable.

Cons:

One of the few little downsides was, room ventilation seemed not very good. It was feeling and smelling a bit humid at the end of the day when we arrive the room.

Water was not hot but warm even after waiting for some minutes for water to run down. Also the bathroom drain was not running fast but piling the water for a bit then slowly running.

We were lucky that there were no guests during our time of stay so we slept like babies and in peace. Only on last day I saw getting in the room from the next room at 2 am and talks until 3.15, if it was a crowded time, I can see that sound insulation between the rooms are poor and that would have been a big issue.
