Charmant en authentiek hotel met een excellente keuken.
Pros:

Charmant familiaal hotel in een klein dorpje, goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan de Rioja streek.
De keuken is er fantastisch... daarvoor alleen zou je er terug naartoe gaan. Beste prijs/kwaliteit ooit !!!
Charmante hotelier, mooie en ruime kamers.

Cons:

Geen airco, maar door de dikke muren, buitenluiken en een degelijke ventilator hebben we toch goed geslapen.

Excellent location to explore Rioja region. The hotel is very nice, very clean. Dinner was fantastic, as well as the breakfast. Convenient parking and very friendly owner and staff

A superb hotel, full of character with a great host, excellent food and wines
Pros:

What a fantastic spot. Host, Jose was excellent, hotel was simply superb and full of character - ironwork on main staircase was a lesson in the blacksmith's art. Evening meal was fantastic with locally produced wines complimenting food. Likewise, breakfast dis not disappoint. A great spot, highly recommended.

An interesting tiny town in Rioja. The room was spacious if not austere , but clean and comfortable enough with a good shower. Dinner and breakfast were excellent

Pros:

Hotel Villa de Abalos er et hyggeligt familiedrevet hotel centralt i Abalos men også for besøg rundt omkring i Rioja. Der er en gastrobar og restaurant på stedet hvor der serveres en 5 retters menu for €33 (2026). Hotellet er enkelt, rent og der ydes en venlig og god service fra personalet.

Small hotel in a beautifu Riojan town serving excellent local food and wine.
Pros:

Fantastic menu served in the restaurant - all local ingredients. Breakfast was excellent with the best coffee!! Room was comfortable and there is a lift which is a bonus. Secure parking on the property but plenty of other parking in the village. The owners and staff were lovely.

Sehr individuelles kleines Hotel in einem winzigen malerischen Weinort im Rioja Alta. Bodegas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war wirklich gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig.
