Beautiful!
Pros:

We enjoyed this lovely room. Everything was decorated wonderfully. The only thing we noticed was that the floors had not been vacuumed because we had our slipper socks on and after walking around they were full of long white dog hair. Other than that we loved our stay.

Disappointing return!
Pros:

Last minute mid-week stay - we had such good memories of this place. And while the room was what we expected, sadly, the hospitality was not. They have gone full "contactless" so no more staff onsite to check you in or out - just e-mail instructions & a number to call. More upsetting was that the lobby had fewer items available for guests - there USED to be a Lavazza espresso machine & Keurig at the big table so if you didn't care for their poor-over in-room coffee (yuk) you had an option, and they also had morning snacks, such a Kind bars and Bel-vita breakfast cookies and more. All gone, but prices sure went up! Think we'll be staying elsewhere in Flag now

Pros:

This is a gorgeous Inn that has been completely remodeled in the perfect location to walk to downtown Flagstaff. It’s quiet, clean, and very nicely appointed.

Cons:

Although this was my second stay, this time I didn’t see a single person from the hotel. There was no one to greet me (I received a text message and an email), there were no amenities in the room or at the front reception, whereas for my first stay snacks and niceties for breakfast had been provided, and it just seemed like no one was really attending to the people staying there. I was disappointed in the changes.

Gorgeous property walkable to downtown
Pros:

Beautiful accommodation within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in downtown Flagstaff. Lovely linens and towels. Robes were a wonderful touch. Appreciated the excellent communication via text from the staff regarding early room availability.

Nothing not to love!

Pros:

The room was lovely. The decor and furnishings were upscale, nice and tied in well with the room name. We liked the QR code with the local restaurant referrals. The shower was very nice.

Cons:

The lightning in the bathroom was awful. There was no way I could get ready in that area even with the shade all the wY up. The steps down from the bathroom were a little ominous because the color of the tile and the color of the first step were similar in color at night.

Pros:

Pros: Very clean; good housekeeping. Walk to downtown.
Cons: Everything else. HVAC not user-friendly. Zero interaction with staff. None. No hospitality. No fire pit or other patio activity. Coffee bar downstairs inadequate. Put in a Keurig or two, and offer some choices. The existing system is cumbersome. Bespoke is basically a rooming house run on-line.

beautiful historic home. Great locations. Room was inviting and well stocked for guests. Audrey the GM was wonderful warm and inviting. We have never been more comfortable in a hotel. We really did not want to leave.

Lovely hotel, not loving the management style of current staff.
Pros:

This is a lovely boutique hotel that has a homey feel. Very clean, comfortable with in-room amenities and nice community spaces. There are no staff available after 6pm, or before 10am.

Cons:

Tried to buy a bottle of wine from the lobby at 5:30pm, but no staff were present despite posted hours until 6pm. There are posted prices for various items, similar to mini-bar options in larger hotels. I texted for guidance, got no response, and—based on past stays—took a bottle and offered to have my card charged.

At 5am, I received a text to return at 10am to provide payment, but we were leaving earlier. I offered to share my card over the phone, but communication became tense, with a staff member implying I had "taken the wine without paying" and that this wasn't a "supermarket". He was abrupt and rude on the phone, which made the situation unnecessarily stressful. He refused to take payment over the phone before 10am.

To resolve it, I texted my card details before business hours. I was then charged $55 for a bottle priced at $27 (retail ~$12–$18), and had to follow up again to correct the overcharge—met with more rudeness.

A frustrating end to an otherwise great stay and trip.

Charming and Attentive
Pros:

An amazing place to stay with magnificent attention to detail. Aubrey and Terra attend to every detail to raise the enjoyment of your trip. A brief conversation with them and we had added several aspects to our trip that elevated every aspect of our adventure.
