I love my entire experience. It was really a pleasant atmosphere and everyone from the hotel to the casino was extremely pleasant and welcoming. I recommend you to anyone traveling there. Thank you all for the pleasantries of your hotel and the staff.

Pros:

That it was very clean and I even got to check out at 12 instead of the usual 10 or 11 A.M. like at most hotels.

Cons:

No smoking. Only because it's getting really cold out.

The staff was wonderful and pleasant but could use some
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was in close proximity to Franklin. Security was onsite. Parking lot had ample lighting. The breakfast was delicious. They had a huge selection of breakfast foods, waffles, sausages, etc.

Cons:

The bathrooms needed a more detailed cleaning. The shower has mold and was a little dated. Kids are not allowed in the hotel portion.

Pros:

I would say the contemporary breakfast but I happened to grab a yogurt and that was outdated

Cons:

I had to switch rooms when we checked in the bathroom wasn't cleaned. It was a thick coat of dust on the bottom of the headboard the air conditioner was loud so you couldn't rest good

Pros:

The hotel was good until the last night in which their was a big roach and I am scared of roaches. The breakfast was awesome the best.

But the casino food all the restaurant except marbels it wasn't open was nasty especially that Mexican restaurant they should close down
