Renovated with poor maintenance
Pros:

Is renovated and have a good TV

Cons:

Dirty, poor cleaning services, many cockroaches inside the bathroom and the kitchen area, other guesses smoke inside the rooms and the hallways and all the smells comes inside the bedroom, also the bedroom you can see evidence of nicotine in the walls
