Beautiful main hotel. Mattress awful, our bathroom door couldn’t even be shut. You had to hold it closed with your foot.
Pros:

It’s unique & beautiful. The colors & art work/decorating is one of a kind. It’s like being in a beautiful jewel box.

Cons:

The food was the worst food I’ve ever had at a restaurant in OKC. They were out of hamburgers. My daughter had farm raised salmon & it tasted fishy. I had skirt steak-the only beef option & it was so fatty, tough & slimy. I had my daughter taste it and she couldn’t even chew it enough to swallow it. The French Fries were crispy but, nothing was hot.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything, the design and the cleanliness!
They made us a little present for our honeymoon!

Cons:

Just a note. There are stairs without elevator so in case you need a first floor just ask!

We had a delightful stay and hope to return. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were very pleasant.
Pros:

The hotel is an old house with more rooms built around it.
It is charming, with a big porch , classic architectural details, and whimsical decor curated by the owner.

Cons:

The only negative is the bathroom layout. We were in one of the rooms built around the old building.
The sink is outside the tub and toilet , with no door.

One of the best places we have ever stayed
Pros:

Everything was just about perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and always clean. Everything always smelled wonderful. The restaurant, bar and patisserie were phenomenal. Try the gourmet doughnuts

Cons:

The only very small annoyance was the placement of the tv in our room.

We had an amazing time and the food was the cherry on top!
Pros:

We loved the entire experience! We plan to make it a yearly place to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff were amazing! We recommend this 100%!

Cons:

I wish they had coffee in the rooms and maybe a mini fridge to hold drinks but other than that it was perfect and those things wouldn't stop me from coming back

Truly a MICHELIN Key Hotel & Stay!!!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. They walked me to my room and explained everything and was so friendly and helpful. This place is so cool. Love the decorations and vibes. I can see why it's the only MICHELIN key hotel in Oklahoma.

Cons:

The room I was in didn't have a mini-fridge but that's okay. Just be aware if you have food or something.

Would absolutely stay here again, felt like family.
Pros:

The space itself was gorgeous! Amazing cafe downstairs, the room was immaculate and so cozy!! We stayed here for our wedding night and the staff congratulated us with champagne and macarons, they definitely helped make it extra special <3
