3 nuits simplement mais séjour épuisant et stressant . Juste envie de quitter cet hôtel

Le cadre est beau

Cons:

Hyper bruyant ,un hall de gare , le soir très tard , le matin à 6h45 et personne a l accueil ne dit rien . Même une nuit a 2 h !.nous avons dû intervenir nous même . Plus des travaux dans la chambre au dessus , des meubles tirés , bougés à 7h45. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur le jardin et à notre arrivée on était heureux de nous annoncer que nous avions été surclassé et que nous avions la plus belle chambre de l hôtel avec vue sur la mer et non plus sur le jardin. Elle donnait juste sur le hall d entrée …et c était sans compter sur les travaux au dessus

Perfekte Lage an der Promenade mit Strandzugang, schöner Pool und Liegebereich, kostenloser Parkplatz geschützt mit Schranken, nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Superiorzimmer mit Meerblick erhalten-- Zimmer, Bad, Balkon sehr groß, Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Super Hotel an wohl Siziliens schönster Stadt an der Nordküste

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Strand gelegen- fußläufig 10 Minuten in den wundervollen Ort Cefalu.
Parkplätze direkt vor dem Gebäude (in der Nebensaison kostenfrei in den blau markierten Parkflächen- in der Hauptsaison kostenpflichtig mit Code für private Parkzone hinter dem Hotelgebäude)
Gutes Frühstück mit Koch für selbst gewählte Eierspeisen und Bedienung für Kaffeezubereitung.
Super komfortable und sehr saubere Zimmer mit großem Balkon.
Sehr netter Empfang und englischsprachiges Personal an der Rezeption.
Sehr bequeme Matratzen und Kopfkissen.

Cons:

Einige Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer könnten erneuert werden (für 5 Sterne Standard)
Das Personal beim Frühstück war (uns Deutschen gegenüber) nicht besonders freundlich.
Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hätte das Frühstück mehr Auswahl bieten können.

Die Top-Adresse in Cefalù
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Die Klimatisierung des Zimmers (in unseren Fall die Heizung) fuktionierte absolut geräuschlos und zuverlässig. Das Zentrum von Cefalù ist noch gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Aussenparkplatz für Gäste, der mit einer Schranke mit Zahlencode gesichert ist.

Cons:

Das Wasser aus dem Hahn hatte einen etwas modrigen Geruch. Die Lichtsteuerung ist nicht sehr intuitiv.

Great location, lovely staff, slightly mixed experience
Pros:

Huge room with a great sea view. Large comfy bed and great en suite bathroom. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish I'd asked for a kettle on the first day rather than the last one, as this was provided from reception on request. I suspect that if you stay in season the pool and beach facilities are good, but we were too early for these.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel I would have expected more to be provided as part of the general offer - there was no drinking water, or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, toiletries were limited, no tissues, and the bedding wasn't very good quality. The spa facilities were not only extra but 2 people needed to pay for the sauna to be heated up, when only one of us wanted it. The breakfast chef was comedically grumpy and scrambled eggs came with added eggshells.

Cons:

Vorgeformte Überdecke ist die einzige Decke, auch im Schrank nur eine weitere Fleecedecke für 2 Betten. Für kalte Aprilnächte nicht ideal

Il ne faut pas grand chose pour avoir la classe d'un palace

Emplacement proche de la vieille ville et de la mer
Grande chambre salle de bain et balcon
Petit déjeuner correct mais pas de salade de fruits frais . C'est dommage surtout en Sicile!
Accueil conciliant par le jeune homme au grand sourrire

Cons:

Tout est payant en supplément : spa, salle de sport....
Trop peu de gel douche/shampoing (1 seul petit flacon combinant les 2 par personne et pour tout le séjour même si on va au spa c'est inadmissible pour un palace)

Schönes Hotel für einen längeren Besuch in Cefalu
Pros:

Beim Einchecken hat uns die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption ein kostenloses Upgrade angeboten und wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Meerblick (Z. 306), mit einem großen Balkon und Balkonmöbeln. Der kostenlose Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt am Ende der Strandpromenade ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg von der Altstadt Cefalu entfernt.

Reasonable location but lacking in character, quality and room facilities.
Pros:

Beachfront hotel with 10 minute walk into Cefalu old town. Friendly guy on reception and good parking.

Cons:

Disappointed with breakfasts and no water or tea / coffee in the room ( eventually got a kettle). Very empty hotel with no atmosphere or character, to be fair it really is suited to summer stays, families etc. Not an off season hotel for a romantic stay.
