Vakkert hotell ved havet.
Pros:

Vakker beliggenhet ved havet. Hyggelige folk og god mat på strandkafé. Deilig frokost på hotellet.

Cons:

Det sto i beskrivelsen av rommet at der var havutsikt og badekar, dessverre fikk vi ingen av delene. Resepsjonisten var ikke villig til å gi oss annet rom, påsto hotellet var fullt.

Great hotel with wonderful walk along the seafront to reach shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Spacious, clean property about 10 minutes from the old town where cafes and restaurants are plentiful. Beach with café and Sun loungers across the road and on-site pool. Breakfast is plentiful and staff on the front desk are pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

WiFi in room non-existent which was a nuisance otherwise would have given 10/10.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

La habitación grande y hermosas vistas al mar! Baño grande y cómodo.
El hotel está frente al mar y te dan reposeras y sombrilla gratis para huéspedes del hotel.
En el último piso tienen una terraza hermosa con vistas al mar donde te dan el desayuno y podes ver el atardecer.
Tienen parking gratis!
El centro está a 10 minutos caminando.

Cons:

En nuestra habitación no funcionaba el wifi, avisamos y nunca lo pudieron resolver, tampoco nos hicieron una atencion por este inconveniente que es para nosotros q somos extranjeros.

poor view from my room for a 5 star hotel and easy access to the room from the balcony making this room unsecured in the event of balcony door not closed properly, parking for hotel clients small and difficult to navigate

La struttura ha una piscina carina, un ristorante con una bellissima vista (e prezzi ragionevoli) e offre una eccellente colazione. Il personale si è mostrato cordiale e sorridente per tutto il soggiorno

In base al prezzo pagato mi aspettavo più servizi. Mi aspettavo che la zona spa (sauna, bagno turco e piscina con idromassaggio) fosse inclusa nel prezzo, così come mi credevo che fossero incluse anche le poche cose nel frigobar. Un albergo del genere non dovrebbe farti pagare qualche euro in più per una lattina dal frigobar a mio avviso

Pros:

Un hôtel situé à 15 min à pied du Duomo. La chambre était propre et au calme, le lit était confortable. La salle du petit dejeuner/restaurant est située au dernier étage et offre une jolie vue sur le centre de Cefalù. Le petit déjeuner (buffet à volonté) offre un grand choix de produits sucrés et salés. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Il est possible de garer sa voiture dans le parking de l'hôtel (attention, le parking n'est pas grand, vérifiez s'il est inclus ou pensez à le réserver). L'espace piscine est agréable. Un accès à la plage, avec serviette, transat et parasol, est inclus.

A savoir, en Sicile la classification 5 étoiles correspond parfois à un 4 étoiles en France. Cela n'enlève en rien les qualités de l'hôtel.

In my opinion, the hotel no longer provides the level of service expected from a five-star property.

The hotel has a great location, and we really appreciated the possibility of using the sunbeds at the beach, as well as the parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards we would expect from a five-star hotel.
The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. We also asked if it would be possible to move to a better room, as ours was located on the second floor. We were told that we could change rooms the following day, but in the end, this did not happen, and no one informed us or provided any explanation.
Breakfast was served on the top floor, where it was extremely hot and there was an unpleasant smell from the cooking area, which made the experience uncomfortable.
