El personal fue medianamente amable. El café del desayuno.

Cons:

No había calefacción en la habitación, especialmente el baño estaba frío. Tuvimos que insistir. No había agua mineral ni hervidor para el agua. Los productos del baño de baja calidad. El hotel estaba casi vacío y ni aún así nos pusieron una habitación más agradable. El desayuno, también productos de mediocre calidad, sobre todo el pan. Poca variedad de frutas.

Overpriced for what was offered in low season.
Pros:

Location, upgraded to a bigger room free of charge, receptionist was very responsive to our requests and even checked whether nearby restaurants were open.

Cons:

Hotel room had a stale odour (presumably due to reduced occupancy during low season), there was no blanket on the bed just sheets and a bedspread. One towel was stained which was somewhat off-putting. Had to ask for a kettle, cups and tea/coffee. Just felt like the hotel had been wound back to a very limited service offering.

Un spa est annoncé en fait le sauna et le bain de vapeur sont payants et le jacuzzi est en extérieur donc pour ainsi dire inutilisable en hiver

I enjoyed the hotel staff were great and it’s a great place to stay I would recommend

Pros:

The breakfast was in abundance. There is not one more item that they could have added.
Also, I forgot my handbag in the dining room after dinner. I don’t realize it until the morning. The bag was brought to the front desk waiting for me. I can’t express enough how much I appreciated the honesty of the staff.

For the money I’d want to stay where beds were better- time for an upgrade!

Beds were hard and pillows the thinnest I’ve ever seen. “Brown” decor and not the current version of brown but the 80s. Hallways were oddly dark.

Gut gelegenes Strandhotel mit einem imposanten Eingangsbereich.
Pros:

Sehr nahe am Zentrum von Cefalù.

Cons:

Jeden Morgen um sechs Uhr wurden wir durch laute Kratzgeräusche von Stühlen oder Tischen, welche herumgeschoben wurden, aufgeweckt. Die Schalldämmung, auch von den Abwasserleitungen, ist schlecht. Der Spa-Bereich ist auch eher bescheiden. Die Schildkröten im Aussenweiher haben ein trauriges Dasein und tun mir leid.

Pros:

The resort was excellent overall. The two staff members that went above and beyond and really made a positive impression on my family were Daniele and Martina (both working reception-front desk). They were both excellent at their jobs; very helpful, friendly, informative and positive. Also, the hotel was very clean (excellent job by housekeeping) and our rooms were always made up promptly. Lastly, the breakfast was very good. Extensive offerings for just about every diet. (The chef could've done a better job frying eggs... but not really a big deal).

Cons:

Our only complaints about this resort are: 1) the pool is not heated (we knew this ahead of time)... it is such a beautiful property and such a beautiful pool and in October the daytime high can go to about 24/25... but the pool is frigid... why waste such a valuable asset? And 2) the hotel doesn't let you bring food to your room. I understand this rule in priciple (they want you to eat at the restaurant on site...I get it, it's a business... despite their claims that they're concerned about ants).... however, one night after dinner at approximately 11pm, we came home with our 10 year old who had a box with 2 slices of pizza that she couldn't finish at dinner... this is common for her and many kids her age... and quite often, later at night, she wants a snack, but the hotel was not having it. They treated us like criminals. A bit much.They could've exercised some discretion. Very poorly handled (by the hotel owner, not the staff).

Superbe hôtel mais chambre 204 à ne pas prendre car horrible vue et mauvaise insonorisation.
Pros:

Bonne situation géographique. A 20 minutes à pied de la gare de Cefalù et en face de la mer.
Gentillesse du personnel à la réception et des femmes de chambre.
Superbe hôtel.
Belle piscine.
Petit déjeuner excellent sur le toit avec une vue magnifique sur Cefalù.
Chambre propre et spacieuse avec une literie excellente.
Plage privée avec transat non négligeable.

Cons:

Pas de wifi gratuit dans la chambre.
Je devais avoir une vue sur jardin mais j’ai une très moche vue sur parking avec un chemin piétonnier fort fréquenté. Pas d’intimité quand j’étais sur le balcon et je devais fermer les rideaux pour avoir mon intimité dans ma chambre.

Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre. Pas moyen de dormir car j’entendais tout quand le voisin allait dans sa salle de bain… Je l’entendais aller aux toilettes, se laver les mains, tirer la chasse, marcher, parler comme si j’étais à coté de lui. J’étais à chaque fois réveillée et la réception n’a pas pu me trouver une solution car tout l’hôtel était complet. Je me suis endormie qu'à 2h30 et réveillée à 7h30. La nuit fut bonne mais très courte.... C'est pour cela que je n'attribue pas plus de 6. De plus que je n'ai eu aucun geste commercial...
