Pedí una suite de luxe por la piscina dentro de la habitación y la misma no funcionaba ni estaba limpia. Toda la infraestructura está descuidada, los closet, la cama, había hormigas en el cuarto. Los trastes y la cocina estaban sucios. Los camastros de la alberca y áreas comunes de la playa estaban descuidados, no limpian la alberca diariamente. La persona que atiende el teléfono es prepotente, en fin...

Pros:

Exécrable. La chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle réservée. Graves problèmes d’hygiène et de salubrité : forte odeur de cigarette et d’humidité, cuisine dans un état lamentable et inutilisable (photos à l’appui). Au moment de nous coucher, nous avons découvert un cafard en état de décomposition dans les draps! Le service d’hôtel a été particulièrement désagréable et odieux face à ces situations..

Easy stop on way to saladita not wanting to drive strange area at night.
Pros:

Excellent staff courteous and welcoming nice breakfast beautiful setting facilities well looked after.. this is an older hotel that was once very elegant and now rarely used.. one highlight were the strob lights under the bed that cast wild Color’s on the walls , no it’s not what was the results of!

Playa Blanca is a beautiful beach

Cons:

Hotel Punta Blanca completely ruined our stay in Zihuatanejo. This place should not be operating as a hotel, let alone be listed on booking platforms.

From the moment we arrived, problems began. We were told the Wi-Fi was not working with no clear timeline for repair. That alone was frustrating, but what followed was unacceptable.

That night, when we returned around 9:45 p.m., a loud drinking party was happening directly outside the rooms. The noise was extreme and continued until nearly 3:00 a.m. The hotel staff did absolutely nothing to intervene. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, leaving us completely helpless and unable to sleep. Zero concern for guests.

The air conditioning barely worked, even after someone supposedly “fixed” it. The room remained hot and uncomfortable, making sleep impossible even without the noise.

The next afternoon, exhausted and trying to rest, we were subjected to constant barking from two dogs on the property. When we complained, the barking stopped briefly — for about 30 minutes — then resumed nonstop. Once again, the hotel showed no interest in maintaining a livable environment.

This hotel is run-down, poorly maintained, and badly managed. The facilities are substandard, the staff is unresponsive, and there is no respect for basic hospitality standards. Quiet hours, functional amenities, and guest comfort clearly do not matter here.

We were so uncomfortable and frustrated that we had to leave early, losing money just to escape the situation. That alone says everything.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There are many wonderful places in Zihuatanejo — this is not one of them. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here.

La zona es muy tranquila si eres amante del silencio,necesitas auto para trasladarte a Zihua, Ixtapa o playas cercanas aunque pasa la combi pero ya es cuestión de comodidad

Cons:

Falta poner más atención en la limpieza del mobiliario, falta mobiliario, no era suficiente para la cantidad de personas que se hospedaron en las fechas que me tocó como por ejemplo los camastros!
