Pros:

Gostaria de registrar o excelente acolhimento da equipe do check-in, com destaque ao atendimento da Claudia, cuja gentileza e bom preparo para atendimento nos chamou a atenção. Boa limpeza e café da manha especial.

Um pouco desapontado.
Pros:

Achei tudo correto. O banheiro era divertido com a parede de vidro.

Cons:

Achei caro para o que foi entregue nessa suposta suíte deluxe. Não tinha nada de deluxe. Café da manhã correto mas não foi especial. Por 2500 reais (3noites) não tinha nem o parking incluído. Enfim, não vale a pena.

Quarto amplo, com cama confortável e chuveiro maravilhoso. Café da manhã bem servido e com opções a la cart.

Cons:

Os travesseiros eram um pouco incômodos, ou muito finos ou muito grossos. Um ponto de melhoria, mas nada que prejudique a estadia.

Pros:

Equipe gentil, café da manhã variado, ótimo tamanho do quarto e bom custo-benefício.

Cons:

Já havia me hospedado no hotel anteriormente, e me pareceu que a qualidade caiu um pouco. As toalhas do banheiro estavam velhas e gastas. Como hotel estava bastante cheio durante a estadia, o café da manhã acabou ficando um pouco caótico. Acredito que a situação poderia ter sido melhor administrada pela equipe, com maior agilidade na liberação das mesas e organização dos hóspedes conforme as mesas fossem ficando disponíveis.
