Great Choice for our Short Family Stay in Surabaya
Pros:

We really enjoyed the nice breakfast buffet, especially with the children's play room. As it is a separate room with glass walls, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast while keeping an eye on your kids. The hotel staff was very supportive and the hotel offered everything we needed (good room, small gym, appealing overall design).

Cons:

whenever you enter the room and put your room card into the slot for lights and electricity, the TV is automatically turned on - somewhat annoying and not sustainable

Cons:

Trato y ambiente en el bar/restaurante para las mujeres, tanto por algunos camareros como por los clientes. No recomendable para mujeres occidentales
Piscina, aparte de decepcionante, que además de haber mucho ruido debido al tráfico exterior era visible desde la terraza del restaurante, cosa que no era agradable para huéspedes femeninas debido a la clientela que había en el restaurante.

Pros:

I was for a birthday three days in Surabaya and the hotel was great from the bottom to the top. But what i really want to mention is the matress which was the most comfortable in my life. Terimah kasih
