Not very pleasant
Cons:

Ceiling in the bathroom was mouldy, bits of ceiling were peeling from the bedroom ceiling. dirty looking, rusty 'cleaning' implements in the bathroom, including the toilet brush.
Room was not nice.

Decent
Pros:

The bed was comfy the TV was good and there was coffee and tea in the room. It was overall functional

Cons:

Had to call the hotel 3 times and press the buzzer repeatedly to be allowed in, then there was no record of the booking initially. Shower was boiling or freezing

Pros:

Room was OK and clean

Cons:

Opposite a very noisy pub with fighting going on outside until gone midnight. The first night I stayed I was woken up by a man dressed only in pants knocking on the door (the wrong one apparently). The second night I was woken up at 2.45am by a very drunk man in the next door room speaking loudly on his mobile phone on speaker phone (the walls are paper thin). A cheap hotel in a bad area, I should have known better than staying here.
