Everything, no TV asked for a receipt, not given
The mattress was comfortable & the linen was clean
No instructions were provided on Booking.com regarding how to access the hotel on arrival. The host followed me to my room and entered to provide the outside door code and Wi-Fi code, asking me to write them down. This information could have been provided at check-in or left in the room.
The host also commented on the amount of luggage I was carrying, which consisted of an overnight bag, a laptop bag and a handbag. I was travelling alone for work.
The room had blinds but no curtains. The TV had been removed from the wall, and I was unable to watch the news during my stay. The Wi-Fi code stopped working after just over an hour, and both the Wi-Fi and TV were not working before 10 pm. The shower cubicle also required attention.
Overall, the accommodation and facilities did not meet my expectations. The issues with the Wi-Fi, TV and shower, along with the lack of clear arrival instructions, made the stay less convenient than expected. The interaction with the host also left me feeling uncomfortable, and the overall experience was not as welcoming as I had hoped for a work-related overnight stay.
Easy to check in
Staff was super friendly to help us with our luggage to the room. It's a comfortable 1 night stay. Parking available on the side. View from the room is quite nice. There's a pub just opposite the room. There were some music at night but we were still able to sleep.
There were no floor mat.
I'm fine without room slipper as it was not mentioned online.

Very basic hotel. Bathroom was tiny and the shower door was built in a way that it would smash into the sink when you opened it. Bathroom floor was also bubbling up so think there may be a damp issue underneath. Very simple facilities. Location was interesting, directly opposite a bit of a rough pub. Saw some sights in there! and there was a fight in the street as it closed which was cute.
Helpful staff when we saw them. Upgraded us to a family room which was nice of them this was nice and spacious. Very comfy bed
Hotel could do with a lick of paint. Walls in reception has scuff marks all over them. Once upstairs the same throughout messy walls. Once inside the room it was basic but nice but again the walls need re-doing with marks all over them cracks showing. The floor parts of it was uneven even a loose board
A small single room, but all the facilities were packed in.
The Wi-Fi could not cope with the number of people using it at peak times.

Walls need repainting; they were dthe irty in the room and the same in the corridors! Mould on the grout in the shower, shower base had some stains!
