It had everything needed for a short, overnight stay.
Pros:

Convenience of checking out and it. WiFi available in the room.

Cons:

There was a dirty towel in the shower and the heating was on high with no way if turning it down.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. It was also warm which was good for me.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast. The location was fine as I was visiting family and it just took about five minutes to get to them.

Value for money was excellent.

Cons:

The shower needs a little TLC but good enough for a day or two.

Pros:

I’ve stayed at this hotel on and off over the past three months, and every single time it’s been an excellent experience. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff consistently go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Over the time I’ve been coming here, the service has never dropped in quality. The team are friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything you need, which makes a big difference when you’re staying regularly.

I can honestly say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Redditch, and I’ll definitely be back again.

Use only if you don't have other choice
Pros:

Good price and location.

Cons:

I asked twice for providing invoice but I have never received it. I also left my email address and again nothing received.
Not the most clean premise with rubbish behind the bed and musty smell in the bathroom.

Pay the extra and stay somewhere else
Pros:

Receptionist was as helping as could have been. No faults there

Cons:

Firstly booked a double room was giving a single. Owner still tried to charge £50 for it even tho on the site its £40, settled on £45.smallest box room ever. Firstly no tv just a wall bracket, shower leaked all over the floor, had to get the receptionist to put a couple towels down. Just overall a terrible experience. If I could have got a refund I would have took it

Fabulous staff, reasonable accommodation.
Pros:

Fantastic helpful staff member. He couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable super king-size bed. Clean room.

Cons:

Very temperamental shower. Very bad sealant around the shower

Pros:

Been staying every weekday for work for 5 weeks now and perfect for what I need. Staff always ask me what I need and make sure towels and toiletries are topped up 👍🏻

The bed was super king

Cons:

Was not able to get in the hotel as the front door was locked even after advising the hotel of our arrival time which was 4pm (normal check in 2pm) I had to ask for help at the shop next door. The shop telephoned someone who eventually unlocked the door around 10/15 mins later..he was very apologetic and said he was asleep! Then to be told our actual room wasn't ready even though we arrived 2 hours later than normal check in! We were given another room which was a standard double..we had booked the deluxe king ...yes he was very apologetic and said we could use the standard room while our room was cleaned. We needed to eat before our pre booked theatre event so we were given the key for the deluxe room for our return later. They did let us keep the key for the standard room which we were glad about because, at this point we were losing hope of getting the room we had booked. Upon our return our room was ready and our bags had been taken there too I am happy to say
