Ongelooflijk
Pros:

Het ontbijt is uitstekend.
De kamer 309 was een verschrikkelijke teleurstelling.
Het was als het ware een magazijnruimte welke is omgebouwd tot een slaap vertrek met een prima sanitaire ruimte.
Er zijn geen ramen naar buiten er is uitstekend een lichtkoepel waardoor buitenlicht binnen komt.
Wij vinden dit geen kamer maar een verblijfsruimte.!!!!!!!!
Niet verwacht bij booking . Com.

Wonderful experience at a Schagen gem!
Pros:

My third stay at this hotel, and fifth at their dual hotels. I made a request for a particular room, and it was provided. I was given the opportunity to face the church with a balcony to the square, which was brilliant! Hearing the church bells throughout the day, into evening was beautiful. The bed, while it may not look it, is very comfortable and provided great nights' sleep. The breakfast was amazing, with a large selection - and cappuccino basically on tap! Paasvee 2026 was happening during my stay. I was personally informed via phone call (to USA) about restaurant closure the night of the event. Great touch!

Cons:

I am not certain my room was vacuumed during my stay. Only notable as I, not so elegantly, enjoyed delicious delicacies from Slijkerman Bakkerij. Also, one of the breakfast staff did not seem to be overly pleasant to foreign (American) guests. But this was easy to see past, as others were.

Très bon emplacement, personnel aimable et compétent, repas de très bonne qualité.
Chambre spacieuse et silencieuse. Confort lit correct.

afstap slaapkamer naar badkamer niet akseptabel (levens gevaarlijk voor ouderen, geen leuning geen verlichting)

prima verblijf weer in Marktstad. Ik kom er graag.
Pros:

aardige bediening; koffie op de kamer; leuke lokatie; prima ontbijtbuffet; wel schattig dat er altijd wordt gebeld door Marktstad als ik wat later kom, alsof jullie ongerust zijn dat ik ergens in een sloot beland ben of zo;-)

Cons:

eerst werkte de kamerpas niet; daarna bleek dat de airco nog op "centraal geregeld" stond en wel op 19o en dan vind ik echt te koud. Dus 2 x terug naar de balie...... Is overheen te komen.

No one on reception at 18:30 very impersonal. Lot of checking in, key cards cutting and form filling after a very long drive it was not welcome at all!

Leuke locatie met prima ruime kamers en een mooie nette en schone badkamer.
Pros:

Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Goede kwaliteit brood. Heb alleen geen "jam assorti" gezien maar daar kan ik overheen gekeken hebben. De ontbijtzaal zelf waar ook wordt gedineerd is een fijne locatie. Prijs is wel stevig voor een ontbijtje want voor 20 Euro een paar broodjes of ontbijt granen wegwerken is niet helemaal in verhouding met de rest.
