سابدأ باسوأ شيء أفسد التجربة: التعاملات المالية غير موثوقة
اولا اقتطع مبلغ حجز الغرفة من بطاقتي قبل
ثم اقتطع مرة اخرى عند التشيك اوت
حاولت ايضاح ذلك ذكروا انه حجز فقط
راجعت كشوف البنك تبين انه اقتطاع
راجعت كشف البنك بعد شهر
وبعد شهر ونصف
المبلغ ليس محجوزا وانما مقتطع
من ٢٠/٦ حتى الان لم يعد المبلغ والبنك يذكر ان العملية منفذة
حسبت قيمة الغرفة مرتين
تواصل معهم ممثل بوكينج فقدموا سكرين شوت لشاشة توضح فك الحجز لكن ذلك غير صحيح في ما وصلني
وللاسف مازال حقي لم يعد وبوكينج تطلب الانتظار!
ثانيا عند وصولي طلبت حجز تذاكر عن طريق موظفة الاستقبال لاحد المعالم السياحية
احالت لي رابط ( الحمدلله البنك لم يقبله) المبلغ ضعف اعلى رسم للموقع السياحي ومن
third-party وكان توقعي عندما طلبت ان يساعدوني في الحجز ان احصل على افضل المواقع موثوقية للحجز والسعر الرسمي. لأني اكدت عليها هل هذا سعر الدخول فقط لاني لا اريد اضافات قالت نعم وعند عودتي للغرفة راجعت الموقع الرسمي بعد رفض البنك ووجدت انه نصف السعر لكل الفعاليات
-حاول موظف الاستقبال عند الخروج طلب قيمة الافطار لكن تراجع عندما اكدت انه مع الغرفة
كما حاول اخذ قيمة الماء (الضيافة) انا طلبت ماءللغرفة واكياس شاي واكدت اني اريد ماء الضيافة والذي يقدم عادة مع اكياس الشاي والقهوة يوميا لاني لم اسمح بتنظيفها.

هذه العيوب. وبرأيي مزعجة وتهز الثقة جدا وتفسد التجربة

Amazing hotel with an incredible staff
Pros:

We had a great time in this hotel! At the check-in we met Nicoleta who was funny and so nice to us!
The room was very clean and facilities were great.
The room was cleaned every day with fresh sheets. At breakfast we had a lot of choices with great service.
A special thanks to Nicoletta who gave us a great tip for aperetivo and for offering us a shower before leaving for the airport!
When you come to this hotel, ask for her because she will make the experience unforgettable!

Very well located and clean hotel, with excellent staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent - easy to get to many popular spots. Hotel was really clean and staff incredibly helpful.

Cons:

The prices were high, but suspect you’re paying for location. There were steps up to the rooftop bar, without an available lift meant my mother who has limited mobility couldn’t see the views.

Perfect spot for soaking up the best of Rome
Pros:

It ticks all the boxes for staying in the centre of Rome. Luxurious and quiet with a fabulous roof bar and restaurant.
2 streets from Trevi Fountain and less than 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum.

Rest up in cold A/C in one of the best locations for walking around Rome!
Pros:

Staff was incredible, the location was top notch and the A/C was perfect during the 100+ F weather outside. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Request a room as far from the elevator as possible. People meet at the elevator and are ridiculously loud throughout the night and early morning. Not a hotel issue, but rather rude guest issue.

Perfect place to stay in Rome
Pros:

The location is awesome! Walk to Colosseum is 20 min, the Spanish steps are near by as well as the fountain. there is a lot of hustle and bustle which you would except for the area but it felt way safer then when we stayed near the Vatican on the first part of our trip. The hotel itself is modern, sexy, newer and super clean. Great spacious rooms with everything you need including comfortable beds. Roof top bar is awesome. Great stay and would recommend!

Honestly nothing was bad or off about our night here
