Hotel je nadasve izuzetan, fenomenalan, odlična lokacija, odličan restoran u sklopu hotela, sala za doručak jako ugodna,

Excellent Location, Convenient & Cordial Staff
Pros:

Excellent location, good housekeeping and cordial staff. Breakfast was good and our tastes were accommodated through minor customizations. all major tourist attractions within walking distance. Shopping centre Rinascente right in front. AC and other amenities worked well.

Cons:

Entry door and bathroom door had a mechanical problem... nothing major, just an inconvenience and I am sure the hotel can easily fix it. Room was an attic room with no windows/view.

Fosse stato l’ottima offerta ricevuta, direi tranquillamente di non volerci più tornare.
Pros:

Di sicuro il punto forte di questa struttura è La Terrazza oltre alla posizione strategica, il letto è confortevole.

Cons:

Punto più dolente è stato quello di aver trovato il pavimento sporco, avendo camminato un po’ con le calze ai piedi non appena mi sono sdraiato a letto ho notato sul lenzuolo bianco di aver rilasciato numerosi segni di sporcizia oltre che a capelli neri. Un altro punto dolente sta nel fatto che nella mia doccia il doccia Shampoo era praticamente già esaurito e lo Shampoo non è bastato per fare tre docce. Un’altra cosa che non mi ha fatto stare bene è la climatizzazione che nonostante il fatto di averla impostata alla temperatura desiderata, non ho mai ricevuto ad la temperatura preimpostata sempre molto freddo.

Temizlikten memnun kalmadık, yatak kokuyordu,peçetemiz bitmiş olmasına rağmen yenileme yapılmadı, son 2 gün de ise yeni bornoz konulmadı

Very Interesting Hotel with Beautiful View

It was modern and the rooms were nice and large

Cons:

I didn’t feel like I was treated very well at the restaurant. Might have been the age of the wait staff or maybe me being American but that was the only negative
