The electricity in the room weren't working in the morning..The shower was broken.

Hôtel très élégant, très bien situé. Personnel très aimable, souriant. Petit déjeuner très bon.

Cons:

Seul petit regret, qu'il n'y ait pas de fenêtre, donc de vue sur l'extérieur, dans la salle du petit déjeuner.

Локація чудова, але сервіс і увага до деталей потребують покращення.

Дуже гарне розташування — самий центр Риму, зручно дістатися до всіх основних пам’яток.

Cons:

Спочатку надали номер, який не відповідав бронюванню, і довелось витратити власний час на вирішення цього питання. У номер не приносили воду, а також не змінювали зубні щітки під час проживання.
