Close to car park and Armadillo. Room was clean with a great view of the Clyde.
Service at dinner was poor. We had to ask for water at least 3 times before receiving it. We had booked dinner, bed and breakfast and due to the slow service we were unable to use the full amount allocated so felt this was a waste of money.
Chefs were cleaning kitchen while we were still eating and one in particular kept showing us his bum crack - not what you want to see when u r eating.
Staff appeared unhappy and certainly didn’t engage.
My husband ordered sticky toffee pudding, his favourite, and it was as far from that than is possible.
