Great, comfortable hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Ate in the restaurant one of the evenings during our stay and the food was very very good and reasonably priced. Staff in all areas very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Pros:

The location was great, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was nice and the seating down stairs was great for socialising.

Cons:

The bathroom had a smell, appeared to maybe be a drain smell.

Perfect location
Pros:

Location besides SEC etc. Easy access by road and train link to town. Great parking facilities; excellent daily rate with the hotel voucher. Comfortable room and excellent shower room.
Professional &pleasant mannered staff

Cons:

I am picky here but...
At breakfast, the hot food is served in containers with lids. No room to put the lid or the plate. A little awkward, juggling lid, plate and serving spoon!

Overall a good stay only let down by the poor breakfast.
Pros:

Location and cleanliness. Staff were also vey friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. Link sausages undercooked. Scrambled eggs were tasteless and no choice of other eggs. Fruit juice was disgusting. Apple juice was like water and orange juice tasted off.

nice hotel, poor staff.
Pros:

location was excellent. hotel was nice and clean. parking attached to the building.

Cons:

my wife left her airpod earphones in the room when we checked out, and by the time we got home later that day they were showing online in a completely different address in glasgow. but the hotel have so far done nothing to find out which member of staff took them. will have to take it further to get it resolved
