Excellent location
Pros:

We loved the central position of the hotel. The rooms were excellent on the beds very comfortable. Excellent sized rooms. Staff very welcoming.

We were on level 6 and the Lucky Shag has a DJ and the music was blearing so we were up half the night with the noise :(

Lovely and would recommend to others.
Pros:

Breakfast was substantial, the room was lovely with a fantastic view. The location allowed walks and access to other restaurants. Dinner at the restaurant was lovely and service too was great.

Cons:

Access via car and parking. Would have been better to uber.

Didn't get what we paid for, staff were not remotely interested in helping resolve the situation.
Pros:

Very good location. Easy to get the ferry. Bed was ok pillows were awful.

Cons:

We came to Perth for a special occasion and were left disappointed with this hotel. We had booked a River View king room. The picture advertising this room showed a main window filled with the river view. Ours was filled with the wharf. From the small side windows you could see the river. The only reason we picked this room was from that picture. When we pointed this out to staff they basically said you can see the river and shrugged their shoulders. For the premium price paid, I would expect better. I wouldn't stay here again, not because we didn't get what we paid for (though we didn't), but because the staff attitude was one of zero care factor.
