Perfect location and excellent hotel.
Pros:

Fabulous location! The British lady on reception did a great job of welcoming us to the hotel. Pool was excellent and in a great spot.

Pros:

The location at the waterfront was perfect for our 2 night stay, we had a domestic flight arrival and an international flight departure so I wanted to give us a day exploring the city and surrounds which this was the best location for. We took the ferry to South Perth to visit the zoo and walk the gardens and had a great meal at the Lucky Shag restaurant just downstairs which I highly recommend.

Pros:

Enjoyed our 34th anniversary celebration.

Cons:

Reception did not know the rooftop bar’ closing time on Thursday night. We were told the rooftop bar closed at midnight so we took our time throughout the evening. When we were ready to go to the rooftop bar, the lift wouldn’t let us go to the 18th floor and in the event we found out it closed at 9pm. The front reception staff snd 18 Knots rooftop bar need to talk more and be in the same page. It’s not a good look.

Swimming pool closes at 4pm. That's a little early. Across the street at a competitor we were allowed to swim whenever we wanted.

Beyond perfect
Pros:

The location, the little room facilities that made it extra comfortable like a very subtle night light, being able to turn on/off the main light from the bed, the high quality body lotion, the convenient shower, the iron with an iron board, the outdoor infinity swimming pool with amazing views on the river and open 6am to 7pm, the rooftop bar with amazing views and excellent food, the excellent food at the restaurant, the sleepers, the view of the river from the room, and also the basics: comfortable bed and quiet.

Cons:

Nothing. Perfect hotel.
