Breakfast was lovely and the greeter is AMAZING , very friendly personable and remembered us from last time!

Great hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Lovely corner room with great double aspect water views, well appointed and modern. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the pool. Staff were very helpful, professional and engaging.

The location is great. The room was a good size.

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel, I would have.expected to make sure the hotel guests can use all the facilities. However, we did not manage to get into the bar or restaurant on either of the nights. The bathroom has a glass wall, although there was a curtain. I find this trend weird and uncomfortable.

Pillows were way too soft. No one come to clean the rooms on any day and drain had long hairs caught up in it from previous person
