Great spot, great weather, nice room and as always great cookies!
Pros:

Best location, right on the water with easy access to the ferry as well as the city. Nice room too. Best part is always the warm chocolate cookies though.

Cons:

Parking is a bit challenging, having to go down the road to the big lot. Not a big deal though. Price is getting pretty steep these days.

Pool area was consistently dirty, unstaffed and not kept well.
There was a breach of privacy on my booking which has not been resolved.
Many of the reception staff were unfriendly and unapproachable (except one amazing British young man.)

So clean and fresh and welcoming.

Cons:

We were surprised and disappointed that internet access was not included and was an extra cost unless we joined up as members. Everything else was perfect.
