Stay was good but not memorable - just an ok hotel.
Pros:

Location is good, and room clean.

Cons:

Rooftop bar closed for a function but we were not informed on booking.

Absolutely wonderful! Professional staff and beautiful accommodation. We stayed with family including our grandchildren.
Pros:

Amazing service, spectacular views! The staff were very professional and accommodating. We arrived early and were so impressed with the staff who kindly let us use the pool facilities while we waited for our room to be ready. Outstanding service that added to our excellent experience at Doubletree!

Cons:

Parking was not ideal. Although we were happy with the location of the parking, the process of redeeming credit from the car park as a Doubletree was less than efficient. The system relies on car park staff answering a call/request for credit. This was unsuccessful for us and we ended up paying double than the promised fee by Doubletree. This does not align with the service quality we experienced at Doubletree. A process/agreement with the car park to ensure seamless parking reimbursement should be considered to ensure quality of service right up until exiting.

Buffet breakfast

Cons:

Room not clean, chip on the wall with the plaster fallen out, not vacuumed, mould in bathroom, toilet running, dirty benchtop, pool area day old cups plates and glasses, debris washed up over the side of the pool area, pool bar not open even though sign says open daily, check in took a very long time with lots of upselling trying to happen

Amazing, will defo stay again.
Pros:

Absolutely loved accommodation, view was fantastic and location is perfect.

Cons:

We didn’t like we paid for an upgrade but we had to pay to watch movies. We think that sort of money especially in Perth should include movies.

Great experience, lovely staff, a fresh space!
Pros:

It’s new and fresh. Really liked it.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small for my liking, but that’s to be expected as it’s in the city.
And wish they had allocated parking close by for the guests.

The hotel took a payment of 500AUD from my card when we arrived. No other hotel on this 5 week trip has done that. Other hotels take a "swipe" of the card but don't actually take money. 2 weeks later I still haven't received a refund and I'm just getting auto replies to my emails.

Hotel was great to stay at. Great location, breakfast delicious and room spacious and clean

Parking
There was no parking available at the two locations the hotel suggested. Only parking i could find the hotel refused to validate parking cause they weren't affiliated with it so had to pay alot extra.
