We were impressed with the quality, service, comfort and excellent location during our stay.
Pros:

Happy with our stay at Doubletree by Hilton. Friendly attentive staff, our room was comfortable, clean with good amenities. Great convenient location for sightseeing in city, close to restaurants and cafes.

Superamazing experience
Pros:

They honoured my request and provided me with extra blankets before I arrived. The lasfy who checked me in was so friendly. The restaurant food in Level 2 was classy. The gym is 24/7, the pool location overlooks the river. The hotel itself location is just the best. Ive stayed in over 200 hotels across the globe. Yes I live in Perth and wanted to treat myself, I shall be back soon.

Cons:

I wanted to extend another night but they told me it wasn't possible yet I could see the room in booking.com.😌. Also the person I talked to about extending the night was quite dismissive was in a hurry to help.

Disappointed and upset

The view was amazing

Cons:

We choose your hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary- The bed was uncomfortable, not enough pillows - they were very flat, mould in bathroom, aircon kept auto correcting to auto mode which made the room very musky and damp smelling which inturn made my clothing smell, on our first morning one of the maids walked in after our do not disturb sign and light were on without knocking while we were both naked.

I am very disappointed and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Compensation would be nice for the embarrassment

We were given two 600ml bottles of water that lasted a whole 5 minutes between my partner and I, more water available would be nice.

Nice hotel in great location, good value
Pros:

Leon at check in was amazing!
Beautiful hotel in fantastic location for good price

Aircon in our room not working properly so was freezing or had to turn it off and became stuffy
