La quasi totalité des coffres forts ne fonctionnent pas de l’avis de l’hôtesse d’accueil.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage. Schöne Zimmer.
Gutes Restaurant. Morgenyoga war super.

Cons:

Bad ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Es gab keinen Föhn, keine Kosmetiktücher und kein Duschgel.
Ich fände es schön, wenn ein gutes Frühstück inklusive gewesen wäre.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est vraiment magnifique et l’environnement est très agréable, ce qui promettait un très beau séjour. Malheureusement, pour un établissement annoncé comme cinq étoiles, la prestation n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Cons:

La chambre notamment laissait à désirer : certains aspects du ménage étaient clairement à revoir. De plus, une forte odeur d’humidité était présente et particulièrement désagréable. Nous l’avons signalée à la réception, mais cela n’a malheureusement pas été résolu pendant notre séjour.

C’est dommage car l’endroit a beaucoup de potentiel, mais ces points ont quelque peu gâché notre expérience. Nous repartons donc avec une certaine déception.

Das Hotel ist nicht umsonst mit dem Michelin Key für sein Design ausgezeichnet worden, sehr modernes und gleichzeitig urbanes Hotel. Alles ist sehr ästhetisch und aufeinander abgestimmt. Mehrere Pools, sehr freundliches & hilfreiches Personal. Einen Abend haben wir Restaurant gegessen, das Essen war eine 10/10!
Wir würden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war lecker, aber man hat eine sehr kleine Auswahl, wenn man inkl. Frühstück bucht.

Bel hôtel - chambres bruyantes la nuit

La déco de l'hôtel et des chambres. L'emplacement. L’équipe adorable. Le petit déjeuner, simple mais très bon.

Cons:

Les chambres sont vraiment bruyantes ( surtout celles situées au 1er étage, avec la mezzanine). Elles sont presque toutes en bordure de route (bruits de voiture, animaux). J'avais demandé des chambres au calme lors de la réservation mais nous avons eu des chambres bruyantes.
Je suis bien consciente que l'hôtel n'y est pour rien mais cela a quand même son importance dans l'appréciation globale du séjour.

Pros:

L’hôtel était très beau, avec une architecture élégante et une chambre spacieuse. Endroit zen. Il y avait un peu de bruit la nuit, mais cela ne venait pas de l’hôtel. Des boules Quies sont mises à disposition.

Beautifully designed hotel
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully designed and has a great atmosphere. I also loved the morning yoga classes that are included in your stay and the bikes (although some of them could use some maintenance). Staff was very friendly and cocktails in the bar were great.

Cons:

For a hotel of this caliber, it felt a little unwelcoming to sign a form and pay a deposit at arrival to ensure you don’t take anything from the room. I guess they have had bad experiences in the past but still…
They have a beautiful pool, but it could use some more regular cleaning. I think it would also create a better experience if the pool would have proper sun beds instead of the plastic chairs they had during our stay.
Although breakfast was included (and good) they charged extra for a lot of simple items (e.g., $3 plus 15% service charge to add yoghurt to your fruit and granola).
Finally, our room was nice, but had a bit of a damp smell.

Les lavabos dans les chambres sont ridiculement haut. La piscine et ses abords mériterait d’être nettoyé tous les jours.

El hotel es muy bonito. Las habitaciones de piso superior son increíbles. Cabaña muy cómoda y con encanto. Personal siempre atento y comunicación inmediata por WhatsApp. Los platos del desayuno son muy buenos. Acuerdo con beachclub en la laguna.

Cons:

Lavabo está demasiado alto. En la piscina le faltan tumbonas más cómodas. Las sillas no están bien para tomar el sol. El jabón de la ducha es de mala calidad. Mucho ruido de noche de la calle y gallinas y perros. Aunque te dan tapones para los oídos
