Un lieu de grand confort accompagné d’un personnel attentif et attentionné
Pros:

Un personnel au petit soin en permanence avec plein de bons conseils et un aide pour organiser tout notre séjour ayant permis de le rendre parfait !

Cons:

La piscine n’était pas utilisable lorsque nous y avons séjourné, c’est dommage qu’elle ne soit pas nettoyée quotidiennement …

Pros:

Le personnel est agréable. Cadre joli. les photos reflètes bien l’esprit et le décor. La piscine n’est pas nettoyé régulièrement et du fait de la végétation se salit vite dommage

Assez déçu .. l’hôtel est tres jolie, la chambre aussi mais alors très bruyant .. beaucoup de chiens qui aboient toutes la nuit non stop ainsi que des coqs en continue…
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est pas très achalandé… et on nous a fait payé 6,90 dollars pour un chocolat chaud car pas inclus dans la formule ! Tous les prix sont en dollars et excessifs ..
Qu’un drap sur le lit ou j’ai eu froid et malgré ma demande on devait m’apporter une couverture qui n’est jamais arrivé
Le lavabo de la salle de bain est extrêmement haut et l’eau chaude arrive au bout de 10 à 15 minutes, ce gâchis est inadmissible pour un 5*

Un super hôtel, très bien placé !
Pros:

Emplacement en plein centre de Bacalar ou tout se fait à pied ! Les cours de yoga et les reco de Jeanne !

Cons:

Manque de transat autour de la piscine, malheureusement la piscine était en maintenance sur la moitié de notre séjour + des travaux dans la chambre au dessus de la nôtre pendant la journée (du matin jusqu’en fin d’après-midi) empêchant de profiter pleinement du lieu.

Could have been amazing if little things that don’t cost much had been done ie pool cleaning , complimentary coffee pods
Pros:

The hotel has an interesting design and has a nice stylish bohemian feel , it’s in a good location with an easy walk to the lagoon and restaurants . The staff were lovely and helpful , there is good parking right outside , and it was good to have the balcony with hammock . The shower was really amazing , huge rainfall shower and lots of hot water .

Cons:

The pools were not cleaned at all during our stay ,lots of leaves and dirt in them , no sun loungers , so not inviting to use or relax . The property grounds had a lot of loose boards and is very poorly lit at night including the pools ( asked up sign a liability waiver at check in ) . The deposit was $100 US dollars and the restaurant was expensive compared to other hotels , priced again in US dollars . Although the room had 2 Nespresso coffee pods and a machine , the pods were not replaced and there was a sign saying additional pods were 1.50 US dollars which seems a little short sighted .

Die Atmospähre ist ganz schön und die Lage ist gut, trotzdem ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis für ein längeren Aufenthal
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, sofern man es bereits inbegriffen hatte und lohnt sich.

Ambiente des Hotels war schön und die Bungalows waren ebenfalls schön und gross.

Yoga-Klassen werden kostenlos angeboten und die Yoga-Lehrerin war hilfsbereit und nett.

Poolbereich und Ruhebereich waren schön anzusehen und einladend zum verweilen.

Die Massagen waren ebenfalls sehr toll.

Cons:

Die Bungalows haben leider keine Schallabdichtung und sind sehr hellhörig.

Man hört die Ungebung sehr gut und unsere Seite des Bungalows war stark befahren und man hörte spät abends Musik und Strässenlärm.

Die Zimmer unter den Bungalows sind besser schallgedichtet, aber sind ebenfalls lärmig, falls man laute Nachbarn oben hat die Stampfen.
