Prijs kwaliteit niet goed!
Pros:

Mooie kamers en tuin met zwembad!

Cons:

Service van personeel. Ze weten niks en weinig flexibiliteit. Ontbijt mogelijk vanaf 8uur. Dat is echt veel te laat als elke dag de Maya trein om 8u gaat en je dus niet kan ontbijten. Bijbetalen voor yoghurt. Totaal Prijs kwaliteit is niet goed.

Un très bel établissement hors du temps !
Pros:

La chambre avec une mezzanine pour le second couchage. Les espaces de détente.

Séjour au top dans cet établissement
Pros:

Cet établissement est tout d’abord très bien placé. Aucun besoin de prendre la voiture. Et si vous ne voulez pas marcher il y a des vélos à disposition. Très bel hôtel avec un superbe accueil. Mention spéciale pour Jeanne qui est française et qui a pu nous proposer des endroits pour se restaurer et autre. Le personnel est très réactif par WhatsApp pour une quelconque resa. Nous leur avons demandé un massage en duo pour le soir. Ils nous l’ont booké de suite. Le resto dans l’hôtel à l’air top,mais nous n’y avons pas mangé car nous voulions visiter le village. Mais si je dois recommander un restaurant celui juste en face de l’hôtel (BAMOA) était exceptionnel. Brunch au top.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol si je dois en trouver un. Le pommeau de douche est très haut donc l’eau s’écoule en pluie très fine donc pour une femme le rinçage de cheveux est long et donc pas écolo 🤪

Good location, amazing rooms
Pros:

The location, aesthetics and room were really nice. Staff in the restaurant was really attentive.

Cons:

Anything but black coffee or outside of the limited included menu the morning came at an upcharge. The pool also does not really have any loungers so no one used it during our stay

It was ok but the swimming pool does not have enough sun light
Pros:

Breakfast was poor and items such as coffe and yogurt had to be paid.

Cons:

It’s good to know what is the breakfast so that we don’t get disappointed.i did not expect to pay for the coffee and yoghurt !!!

Reviews did not match our expectations of the property
Pros:

I liked the friendly staff and the large room with rustic design

Cons:

I didn’t like that the reviews for this property are over rated. The room was outdated and in bad shape. The area rug was dirty. The safe did not work and the toilet seat was all worn down. The front door could not be properly locked. The curtains would not cover the whole if the front entrance leaving little privacy.

Vraiment décevant , j’ai eu l’impression de me faire avoir 🤨

- Le style de décoration
- l’atmosphère

Cons:

- pas de mini bar
- pas de tv
- lavabo salle de bain bien trop haut pour des gens petits
- éclairage minimaliste
- chambre très bruyante ( bruits voitures , motos et autres ) car toiture en paille et non doublé
- chambre froide car mauvais temps et pas une couverture
- le coffre fort est posé tout en bas sous le lavabo de la salle de bain où pour y accéder il faut ramper !
- Dernier point et non négligeable , à21h 05 en fin de repas j’ai demandé un carrot cake ( supposé être déjà fait ) on m’a répondu que ce n’était plus possible car la cuisine fermait à 21h ! Surréaliste !
Bref pour un hôtel qui prétend être un 5 étoiles mais qui vous facture la nuit à 180€ , il faut revoir sérieusement les critères …ou songer à baisser les prix ….

Un véritable havre de paix à Bacalar
Pros:

Le cadre extérieur de l’hôtel est exceptionnel. Les chambres sont confortables et décorés avec goût dans un ensemble très cohérent. Le personnel est serviable et très disponible. Possibilité d’emprunter des vélos pour se promener dans la ville de Bacalar et de bénéficier de cours de yoga sont de vrais plus

Pros:

Le design mais malheureusement la fonctionnalité n’est pas au rendez vous
