Not the best but nice
Pros:

Comfortable pillows and mattress. Air conditioner is quite cold. Water heater works well. Location is also good near restaurants and convenience stores👍🏻

Cons:

However, the basic toiletries they gave only shower gel. There’s no shampoo and toothpaste👎🏻 should improve the toiletries. And also need to pay extra RM5/night for sustainability fee by Selangor government. Should hightlight on the website when pre-booking i think

Long Stay Backache
Pros:

New front desk staff patient and understanding.

Cons:

negative reviews from previous guest was true and the issues where never resolved. I took a risk thinking it was addressed but I was mistaken, so I experienced it myself.

i need invoice from hotel. i try call to hotel, hotelo said need to comunicate with booking.com. but in booking.com apps chat no reply from i text. Need to claim with my company for hotel.

Pros:

Hot shower, friendly staff, walking distance to restaurants and others trendy fast food.

Cons:

1.They only provide a flat pillows. I stayed there for 8 days and woke up every day with a sore neck.
2. No lift
3.Disappointed with the cleanliness. I asked for them to clean my room once and end up with the sticky floor all over the room
