Breakfast not a huge choice but tastes good

Very clean hotel in a very convenient location.

Overall I can’t find anything to complain about. But most importantly, the staff made sure we had a great time.

Story time :)…

On our first day, the elevator broke for a few hrs and Carlos helped us take our luggage up the stairs 4 WHOLE FLOORS, even when I insisted we didn’t need the help. That first impression was great and the service remained consistently high the rest of our stay.

This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and breakfast option was tasty and also very convenient as we had early excursions and breakfast opened at 7am. They let us check in early as we notified in advance, if not they provide luggage storage. Area is safe, it’s a 2 minute walk to the metro station which will get you to the main city centre in 10-15 minutes. Room was quiet and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay in Lisbon.

But the bed was not comfortable at all
The person in the room above me walked and pounded in the floor late at night and early in the morning very loud and prevented me from getting a good nights sleep.
The metro line was also loud and a nuisance until 1:30 AM and then staring up at 5-5:30 am

Stunning hotel. The design of it is so lovely, the staff were super friendly and attentive! Made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is a stones throw from a metro station and it was only a short journey down to the coast of Lisbon. Would recommend to anyone!

Schönes kleines Hotel fußläufig vom Zentrum erreichbar. Ruhiges schönes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Balkon zum Hinterhof und sehr freundliches Personal. Ich komme wieder.

L’hôtel était parfait, mais nous n’avions pas regardé nécessairement le quartier, et c’est un quartier qui n’est pas des plus coquets et en rénovation majeure .

A equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa conosco, nos deram um quarto maior, considerando que tínhamos uma bebê, e até colocaram um berço para ela. O café da manhã também era muito bom. O local era muito limpo e bem localizado, o que facilitou o nosso deslocamento pela cidade. Recomendamos com toda certeza a estadia.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Es ist klein aber reicht völlig aus. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen. Das Frühstück hatte alle Basics die man benötigt.

Excelente estadia! Quarto muito confortável, limpo e organizado; hotel bonito e bem localizado. O melhor custo/benefício que encontrei em Portugal.

A limpeza muito ruim, banheiro com lodo , barulho do quarto em cima, café da manhã bem fraco

Viajei com minha filha de 15 anos, me senti segura, passamos mais que uma semana hospedadas, os funcionários super atenciosos e simpáticos. Hotel muito próximo ao metrô, mercados, restaurantes, lojas, muito bem localizado.
Voltaria tranquilamente para ele numa próxima oportunidade.
O quarto poderia ter um espaço maior para guardar as roupas, fora isso, foi bom.
Não tomamos café da manhã no local, por opção de ir aos restaurantes ao redor.

This hotel is core downtown Lisbon. The location cannot get better than this. Also, the front desk staff was very helpful. Highly recommend to check this place out!

Great location, clean and comfortable

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall standard. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. The entire hotel felt well-maintained and welcoming, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a real letdown. While the quality of the food itself was good, the quantity left much to be desired. Items ran out quickly—particularly the fruit, which was surprising given there's a store right next door. Hot food like scrambled eggs and bacon was brought out in small batches, meaning guests had to wait, and when it did arrive, there was a rush to grab some. It felt almost as if the food was being rationed, which made for a stressful and disappointing start to the day.

It's such a shame, as the breakfast experience really took away from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. With just a bit more attention to replenishment and quantity, this hotel could easily offer a truly top-tier experience.

3 yötä oltiin ja saatiin ylimmän kerroksen huone, näkymä oli kapeaan kuiluun. Huone oli siisti, valoisa ja puhdas. Patja oli meille liian kova. Kaikki tarpeellinen oli. Huone oli aika pieni, joka oli tiedossa (13m2). Hyvä säädettävä ilmastointi. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta se oli joka aamu käytännössä ihan sama.

Amazing customer service! Small rooms but clean and cozy. I did not like the neighborhood.
