Mal servicio por la mayoría del personal Y del Cuarto con el colchón pésimo

Que está cerca del Metro y algunas tiendas comerciales

_ El Colchón de la Cama en muy malas Condiciones.... No pude descansar nada bien.
_ Que después de dos Noches me comentan que el café y pan es Gratis todo el día ... ( Que nunca alcanzamos pan)
_ Estuve 4 Noches y Supuestamente la limpieza era todos los días de 11am a 2pm y solo un día lo hicieron y eso porque les dije que me hicieran la limpieza 😡
No entiendo el porque no lo hacían si por lo general salía temprano y regresaba ya tarde y con la misma basura, toallas y sábanas del día anterior 😡
La primer Noche le pedía dos toallas pues una para mí hijo y otra para mí, por lo que me dijo una trabajadora que solo era una Por Cuarto.
Y después de dos días que les pedí la limpieza un trabajador si me trató mejor pues si me dijo que si ocupaba 2 toallas me las iban a poner ... Lo malo que ya solo para la ultima Noche
Sin buen espacio del baño pues tienes muy pegado el lavamanos.

La ubicación, el 80% del personal junto con el dueño muy buenas personas y el café por las mañanas

Cons:

El recepcionista que nos recibió fue muy déspota, cero amabilidad en el, el trato fue muy malo, no nos dieron el control de la tv, lo tuvimos que pedir y nisiquiera funcionaba porque no tenia canales, las camas no son muy cómodas y las habitaciones sin AC el calor era demasiado

It’s a bad place very dirty located in a risk zone

Let's start with the dirty aspect. It certainly felt like a duty to stay there, a chore to be endured rather than enjoyed. The location, while technically accessible, was in a rather desolate area, giving off an air of neglect.
The room itself was basic, bordering on threadbare. The bed sagged, and the general cleanliness left much to be desired.
