Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

the room was not well cleaned, the bed mattress very old, in a double bedroom only 1 chair and no closet
At the building, the decay is obvious in many places, even the actually very beautiful garden is unpredised and grown in

An object with a lot of potential that unfortunately expires.
20£ extra charge for 1 dog

Prettig! Zeer aardig peraoneel!
Pros:

Personeel is erg aardig!

Felt a bit faulty towers, but with good service
Pros:

Good location for where we were visiting, friendly
Helpful staff.

Cons:

We have the tiniest bathroom that was difficult to navigate. It was down stairs from our attic bedroom which was unbearably hot. The bathroom was on the fire escape route and didn’t feel very private or secure. Although our room was clean the whole place needed modernisation

Still a great place to stay.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for me.

Cons:

The hotel has recently changed hands and as a consequence they are suffering a few teething issues with their internet and currently a lack of a chef. Didn't really affect my stay but I know some guests were less than happy.

Pros:

The staff and the manager were so warm and friendly. And I've not often been somewhere so dog friendly. It was a great experience.

Cons:

The WIFI was an issue, however not something the manager could solve easily. So we don't blame them

CAN SEE WHY AREIAL PBOTOS OF THE HOTEL WERE TAKEN.
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

PROPERTY IS RUN DOWN AND IN NEED OF A MAJOR OVERHAUL. NO WIFI WHEN ADVERTISED WITH IT. NO FOOD AVAILABLE AGAIN ADVERTISED WITH IT, NO AIRCON OR FAN ON HOTTEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR, WINDOW WAS LEFT OPEN. BUT NOISEY ROAD NEXT TO HOTEL. GOT OUT AS QUICKLY AS I COULD AFTER A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT. STAFF WERE LOVELY AND FRIENDLY AND NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STATE OF THE PLACE.

A lovely place to visit - Thankyou
Pros:

Staff were kind and helpful, especially Chad who helped with a booking when the Wi-Fi was not in operation due to Open Reach working in the area. Lovely unusual decor downstairs.

Cons:

It was noisy by the main road but the location was lovely apart from that. The staff are aware of the need of the work that needs doing in the hotel, mainly outside.

Parfait pour une halte entre Hastings & Rye.
Pros:
