Great hotel. Convenient for glof course wedding. Friendly and supportive staff.

This property has great facilities and so much potential. The pool area is lovely and the villas are cute. However, what let us down consistently were the staff. Not rude, but uninterested, slow and also prioritised some media team. At times there was no one at reception- we waited for ages and no one came. Drinks orders came wrong after LONG waits, we ordered a club sandwich which was not a club sandwich, and the chicken came raw. No apology, just another long wait. We even tipped the waitress and she didnt say thank you. We were shoved in a bad room overlooking some bins/ electrical boxes. On check out day, I later found an email asking me to do online check in and choose my room- but obviously it was too late. The air con was bad, the fridge didnt work and the charging port next to the bed didnt work. There were very loud children running around the pool area and cycling throughout the sunloungers. On the first day it was impossible to find a sun lounger, it was possible on the Sunday. The food was expensive and the cocktails were bad. We had to pay €150 deposit on check in. €20 deposit per pool towel. I just felt very let down at every turn, which is a shame because it could be so nice.

Wonderful location and really nice rooms. There wasn’t any room service, however you could order food and take to your room. The A/c wasn’t very efficient

no tenia señal el televisor, olia mal el baño, cobran por las toallas de la piscina una garantia de 50 euros . fue una mala estancia. nos quejamos y no dijeron soluciones, no hay gerente

faltan servicios, la tv no hay señal, no funciona el teléfono para hablar con recepción, el baño olía a fosa séptica, piden deposito para dar toallas en la piscina que cierra a las 7pm. no fue buena estancia

O hotel está sendo reformado, a piscina não estava funcionando, mas não atrapalhou nossa estadia. Quarto reformado, excelente estadia

Room was fine but everything else was below standard ! No internet ! Reception wasn’t always open !! It all looked very tired and old !!!

I thought this place would have a pool, per the listing and would be a good place to relax and unwind.. But the place had renovations going so no pool was available. Additionally, it was poorly constructed, shower pressure varied and was too low after just a couple minutes.
Another disappointment, there were bugs all around outside by the patio, So I didn't feel comfortable sitting without the chance that it bugs me crawl on me after a few minutes. I know it's the time of year but would have been nice to see it a little bit cleaner.
The morning I checked out nobody was around to talk to from the hotel staff.

Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel mit sehr viel Charme und Charakter. Ein unkomplizierter WhatsApp Kontakt wegen späte Anreise, alles liebevoll hergerichtet und sehr persönlich. Naomi ist eine warmherzige, liebevolle Persönlichkeit, sehr zugewandt und aufmerksam. Sie führt das Hotel großartig in ihrem eigenen, persönlichen Stil. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Málaga werde ich sicher wieder Gast in diesem Hotel sein. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, Naomi

Truly great rooms with super comfortable beds.
Area being renovated but still a great place to stop
