駅から徒歩でも利用できるし、コンビニや川沿いを散歩がてら少し歩けばスーパーもあり、便利です。フリードリンクコーナー（コーヒーは部屋持ち帰りOK）もお得感あり。

広さは出張での連泊程度ならちょうどいい。値段も安い。リフォームされ、清潔さもまあまあある。ただし、ユニットバスはかなりの年月経過があり、黒カビだらけ。これは嫌な人は嫌だと思う。普通にびっしりある。私は、値段的に目をつぶっている。ユニットバスは1度立て込んでしまうと、内装全てを壊さないと出せないので、交換ができずにいることはわかる。ただ、年に数回、メンテナンスをしてほしいとは思っている。それだけでも随分違うはず。

施設そのものではないが、施設の前に木が生い茂った民家？があり、餌付けされた野良猫がいるのも嫌な感じだった。

バスマットが湿気の匂いがして少しきになりましたが
泊まった部屋は洗面所が別でありとても良かったです。

注意書きがあるも、排水が悪過ぎる
Pros:

浴槽の栓を抜くとバスユニット床が水浸しになり、バスマットやスリッパがビショビショになった。床が乾くまで洗面できなかった。注意書きには浴槽排水と洗面使用を同時にしないようにあるが関係無かった。

宿泊者利用のラウンジがあり、コーヒーがいつでも飲めるのは、ありがたい。宇部の周辺ホテルを全部見た訳ではないが、いままで、宇部で活用した3つのホテルでは、ここだけ。
欲を言えば、女性用の洗顔、化粧落とし、化粧水、乳液等のアメニティがあると、もっと良い。

設備は古いが清掃がしっかりされていて清潔感があった。少し駅から歩くので、車で来る人向けかと思いました。
