Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, siempre muy amables y resolvieron todas mis dudas, la habitación muy confortable pude descansar muy agusto durante mi estancia.

Good location, but a bit outdated facilities
Pros:

Location really close to the viewpoint of the whole town, amazing view from the rooftop
, water pressure in the shower is good.

Cons:

Bedsheet feels rough, there isn't enough lighting in the room, and because our room is on the street side, it is really loud during the day (luckily not so much late in the evening so that we could still sleep)

Que cambiaron la administración del hotel y no te incluye el costo del estacionamiento en la tarifa.Anteriormente te lo incluía y había valet parking y eso era fabuloso .El hotel no es malo pero creo que tendré que buscar otra opción con estacionamiento.

Very basic accommodations. I expected better from3 stars, my mistake The cleaning staff were very helpful
Pros:

Netflix, Nice bathrooms. Moved to above ground room for nights three and four, and had good natural light, fair internet service and much warmer. The bed and pillows were also more comfortable.

Cons:

Began the first two (of four) nights in underground room with little natural light, terrible internet service, musty and FREEZING. Really could use coffee pot or microwave in the rooms.

Pros:

Había amenities en el baño por decir algo. Baño en la habitación. Tiene tele con mando y wifi. El tamaño de la habitación doble es aceptable.

Cons:

Lejos (unos 15min) y en cuesta para llegar desde el centro. Media hora a pie a la estacion. No ofrece desayuno. Hay habitaciones a cota 0 pero a las plantas superiores se accede por un escalera de caracol muy estrecha. No apta para gran equipaje, vértigo o personas mayores.
Nos recibió cada dia una persona con serias dificultades de dicción (en español).
La habitación 4 es fría e imagino q en verano calurosa, pero cuenta con un ventilador.
No estaba sucio pero había detalles q daban sensación de sitio destartalado, poco cuidado, mal acabado. No lo recomendamos

Very cute hotel with a fun and quirky theme. Perfectly comfortable for a few days and the inner courtyard is lovely

It is at the top of an incredibly steep hill which made coming and going complicated

La ubicación es buena aunque haya que bajar hacia el.centro histórico y después subirlo

Me toco una habitación que para llegar a ella era a través de escalera de caracol. 2 escaleras. Pero es detalle creí que no para todo el mundo sería negativo. Es acogedor. Limpio y se duerme bien
