Pros:

Lovely hôtel well located at walking distance from the piers and Blackpool Tower. Very calm. Very good breakfast.

Would happily stay here again. Our host Connor is a lovely chap.
Cons:

No choice of toast offered for breakfast, margarine served instead of butter. Coffee was great, tea should never be grey looking.

Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, quirky (in a good way!) décor, good breakfast...all-in-all VERY GOOD value. Great location if visiting Funny Girls cabaret (highly recommended, by the way!).

Cons:

As said in other reviews, it is a little tired in places, but still a pleasant stay.

Absolutely lovely place to stay, highly recommend. Great vibes, great prices, great atmosphere, and great breakfast!
Pros:

The hospitality was 10/10, Connor was a great host and a lovely guy to have a bit of craic with! Emma and Ciaran will be back again no doubt about that.

Fine for a one night stay.
Pros:

Reasonably priced for Blackpool. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Area was a bit run down but didn’t feel unsafe. The hotel itself was a little bit run down and not as clean as it could have been. Lots of creaks in our room - floorboards, doors, beds.

Lovely overnight stay.
Pros:

Loved the stay at this guest house.

A very clean room, we stayed in the Gatsby suite, lovely couple who own it made us feel very welcome.

Full English breakfast to start the day.

Excellent value for the money we paid.

One not to be missed outstanding value for money
Pros:

The owners of this hotel were truly outstanding that are very hard working and nothing was to much trouble outstanding on welcoming warm and very freindly atmosphere the entertainment was over and above the young gentleman who owns the hotel his knowledge and information of were to go from entertainment to parking was outstanding and nothing was to much trouble
He spent time chatting and to go alone you would be truly safe
Slept like a dream and beds very comfortable
Breakfast perfect
Overall a fantastic visit and would highly recommend and for sure for the cost area and alone the safety definitely will be returning

Cons:

The young gentleman who owns the hotel his manner and welcoming outstanding nothing was to much trouble and he worked so so hard
