Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Great location. Clean. Super quiet. Friendly staff. Beautiful pool setting. Cute retro room. Nice beach access.

Cons:

The AC unit was really loud and cycled on for 10-15 seconds every few minutes, even though it wasn't hot out. We ended up turning it off and thankfully the nights were cool so it wasn't an issue. But it could be a problem when it's hot.

If you want charm and whimsical warmth, South Beache Place is the best and most perfect choice.
Pros:

The charm. It was so delightfully charming.
The property was immaculate and the landscape was so natural and organic.

Cons:

There is not one bad thing that I can say about this sweet motel. We loved all of it and can’t wait to go back.

Charming, vintage hotel very close to a great beach, minutes from town by bike or car, great pool, quiet and great staff
Pros:

Location. Peacefulness. Pool was great. Staff very nice.

Cons:

Bathrooms are cramped but I know it. It’s a vintage hotel so it’s part of its charm. Great water pressure and good hot water.

Great location, plenty to do, close to the beach, comfortable stay.
Pros:

This place is located a 2 minute walk from the beach which is amazing. The room was nice and had great amenities like full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, private bathroom, dining room table and chairs, and a couch and chair.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind other than the early morning start of the landscaping crew (blower at like 8:30 am ).

Absolutely one of my favorite places to vacation. It is so relaxing and has everything I need.
Pros:

The location is perfect, the rooms are cute comfortable and convenient having a kitchen and big fridge.
It was my 4th time there one of my favorite spots to vacay.
This time I had to fly and it was awesome to have umbrellas and chairs for us to borrow and take to the beach.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The grill and the pool is a plus.
Looking forward to coming back in the near future.
