Pros:

Idyllische plek dicht bij de oceaan, zalig verwarmd zwembad. Een ideale plaats om eens volledig tot rust te komen.

Relaxed stay without stress
Pros:

Location is great - 5-7mins drive to the most of parks, cafes. there are 3-4 nice restaurants within 5 min walk. Ocean is just near the corner. Hotel is very cozy, quite and has relaxed family friendly atmosphere.

Cons:

My only complaint is unstable wifi.

Comfortable and quiet stay close to the beach and a short drive to everything else you might want/need.
Pros:

I didn’t realize how close the property was to the beach because we hit the beach first and it was literally across the street. Everywhere we went was only about a 15 min drive. Room was very clean and comfortable and the area felt safe and was quiet.

Cons:

No complaints. Would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to the area.

This is a great place to stay with a kitchen and pool.
Pros:

The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. The room is large. Pool is nice. Free bikes to use. Kitchen appliances were newer.

Cons:

There is no door separating the bedroom with the living area.

Beware of undisclosed 'surprise' fees and aggressive management tactics after you check out.
Pros:

The location in Vero Beach is convenient, but unfortunately, the management's business practices overshadowed the stay.

Cons:

Hidden fees and unprofessional post-stay harassment. After departure, we received harassing text messages from management demanding an undisclosed $100 surcharge. Demanding significant, uncontracted payments after a guest has checked out is predatory and unacceptable.

Location great opposite beach. Pool good. Noise from sprinklers at 4am. Incorrect room description.
Pros:

Pool area was nice. Location great opposite beach and chairs provided.

Cons:

Room was not as advertised. It said a separate bedroom and living room. This was false it was one room with no door . Also it said two beds , one in living room and one in bedroom . There was only one bed.
Sprinklers came on at 4am it was so loud . They have a quiet policy after 10pm yet ignore it. Don’t stay here if value sleep .
When arrived at 4:30pm was no one there even though it says hours open 9-5.30.
Such a shame as could be so good but was so bad.
