BLACK SWAN - Liz DC - Executive Flat

This is a nice location with plenty of space for two, comfortable furnishings, and decent proximity to transportation, music, and dining. There were difficulties with accessing the room, because of a bad security code, but the onsite concierge and support staff helped until Black Swan supplied a new code. I was disappointed to find mold growth in the shower, but otherwise the rooms were decent.

Several issues of maintenance were apparent upon arrival and reported immediatly but not addressed to final day of five day stay. Slow drain. Missing light bulbs tv and wall click inoperable. Distinct dog smell in bedding. Could only address issues by text.

Nice property. Very modern and well kept. Clean and comfortable. We had an apartment that faced the back so it was quiet. Great area. Very walkable with lots of shopping and food option.

This property isn't easy to get around, weather it's parking or going up and down the elevator, it's a hassle. You have to have a map and go through several doors just to get to the elevator from parking. You have to carry a key fab to go anywhere and if you loose it, they charge you $230. Not worth the hassle of the stay.

All around great experience

Nice place. Rug was full of previous occupants long hair. Bathroom was clean, but tile in shower needs attention. Paid for parking, but no parking pass was left in room as promised. Instructed to leave fobs/pass in room upon departure, but elevator will not go to parking garage level without fob.

The property was in a great location. Despite being in a busy area, it had a parking space, so we didn’t have to worry about parking. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were polite and extremely helpful.

Very good place to stay, the only thing was the mattress was so soft, just made out of foam. After two days our backs hurt

Very comfortable and great location. Security staff are super friendly. And check-in/check-out instructions were very clear.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our journey through the East Coast. The accomodations were excelent. Location was perfect for walking around town. Just a note, I would suggest to note that restaurants and grocery stores close at 10PM for travelers who do not live in the area. Other than that we LOVED the stay and the bedding and mattress were hard to leave lol

Great place to stay!

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay! The property was clean and our space was nice. The only downfall is you cannot check in before 4:00 sharp, and there is nowhere to keep your bags if you arrive early. Our flight got in at 9:00 am, so they referred us to a company that stores bags for the day. It ended up great, but it was two more Uber rides and another reservation to keep up with. But we would still stay there again with no hesitation. Just be mindful of that when booking :). All of my communications were answered very promptly and professionally!
