We enjoyed our stay at the hotel
Pros:

The location is excellent and close to the train station and morning market. Appreciate having the washer/dryer in the room.

Cons:

The standard room is quite small for 2 people and 2 suitcases, but it's a good value.

A very comfortable, very nice place to stay in Hakodate
Pros:

This is my second Tokyu Stay property. It was a very nice hotel. Staff were great. The lounge on the 17th floor has stunning views of the best parts of Hakodate. The onsen on the 18th floor was very nice and well kept up with a great views as well. The hotel is about a five minute walk from the train station, about a minute walk from the morning market. They have a deal with 19 shops inside the morning market, and you can get breakfast at a slightly discounted rate. In all ways, it was a very nice place to stay in Hakodate. If I have any criticism of it at all, is that the room is a bit on the small side, just like this property in sapporo. But it certainly a livable space. I can highly recommend this as a good place to stay in Hakodate.

函館に来たらまた泊まります。
Pros:

まだ新しいのかとてもきれいでした。
キーを2枚くれるのも良き。ビジネスホテルで露天風呂付きをさがしていました。
一つはシティビュー
一つはオーシャンビュー。狭いながらにオーシャンビューは良かったです。リファで固めてる感じも高級感あって良き。
駅からも近いですし、赤レンガ倉庫からも歩いて帰ってきました。
函館に行ったらまた泊まります。

大浴場な設備が清潔で快適でした。お部屋のアメニティもリファで統一されており、香りもよく使い勝手も良かったです。
また、朝市でのちょうしょもお得感があり、また利用したいホテルです。

ちょっと贅沢。でも連泊にも便利でお手頃
Pros:

部屋にもReFaのドライヤーが置いてありとても良かったです。立地も駅から近く、かと言って混んだところにあるわけでもなかったので快適でした。15階に滞在することができ、窓から海も見ることができました。部屋にドラム式洗濯機と電子レンジがあるのにはかなり驚きました。バーにも行ってみました。700円ほどで下におもち？が入っているヨーグルトドリンクを飲みましたが、とても美味しく船も見えるバーで静かで雰囲気もよかったです。

Cons:

部屋にお水1本欲しかったです。
22時頃大浴場へ行くと、人が多すぎて脱衣所、洗面所が大混雑でしたので、1時間後に行くことにしました。露天風呂があることやシャワーもReFaなことなど良い面もありましたが、もう少し脱衣所が広いといいな、、と思いました。
