It was a pleasant stay. My room had a view of the ocean and I love that I could soak in the hot bath at the rooftop aft
Pros:

The location was good, right next to the morning market and walking distance from Hakodate JR station. The hotel provided free coffee and tea at the lobby and at the lounge level for all guests which was a nice touch.

Cons:

They made all the guests wait till 3pm sharp to check in. The lobby was not spacious and was a tight squeeze when most guests arrived before 3pm and had to wait there with all their luggage. Maybe the hotel can consider starting to check in guests at ard 2.30pm to prevent overcrowding at the lobby.

Pros:

바닷가 호텔이어서 전망이 좋아요. 역에서도 엄청 가깝고 아침시장도 바로 옆이고 걸어서 벽돌창고 쪽이나 모토마치 공원, 하코다테 로프웨이까지 갈 수 있어서 2박하는 동안 엄청 돌아다녔어요. 그리고 객실에 건조기 겸용 세탁기가 있어서 돌려놓고 나갔다오니 구김방지기능인지 직접 끄고 세탁물을 꺼낼 때까지 스르륵 돌리고 있더군요. 빨래 걱정이 없으니 무척 편했죠. 도큐스테이는 신주쿠에서 처음 묵어봤었는데 이제 믿고 가는 호텔이 됐습니다.

一つのミスが命取り
Pros:

朝市や駅からすぐ。大浴場やラウンジが上にあり、函館の綺麗な海や夜景を見ながら湯に浸かれる。スタッフが親切。

Cons:

基本的には全てに満足していたのですが、一つだけ。部屋のシャワーカーテンが臭すぎます。生乾きの雑巾のような臭いがして、トイレに行くたびに不快でした。あの臭いをホテルがさせてはだめでしょう。
