Big room, great bed, great spot with a car
Pros:

The king bed !!! Netflix on the TV, big room, HUGE bath ! Free parking easy to to come and go, close to the best spots ! It might show it's age a little, but it was worth the price we payed !

Cons:

Got the wrong breakfast, but we didn't really mind.

It’s a love hotel and good for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Short bus ride to Tenjin, free parking, free drinks including non-alcoholic beer and coffee.

Cons:

Seemed old and situated next to a recycling facility which is quite noisy.

it is a love hotel if you dont mind
Pros:

The room is very spacious, clean, and offers many more amenities than a typical hotel room. For convenience, I would recommend driving there.

Cons:

Please note that you will need to walk up one stairs to reach the lobby. Also, if you don't mind, the venue is a love hotel, and driving is recommended for convenience.

A must try !
Pros:

A love hotel that is extremely big ! If you don’t like cramped spaces in hotels in Japan, this would change your mind

Cons:

The room is non-smoking but still had cold tobacco smell, the couch started to smell « sweaty » when you stayed a bit too long. Don’t bring a dark light torch to inspect, the bed and all were pretty clean !

Was a wonderful place to finish out our holiday. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and acommodating, room was spacious and well maintained.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault but was a little bit of a distance to the city centre

単身泊には向かないかも...
Pros:

こちらの事情に寄り添って、色々と提案、対応して頂き、とても優しい言葉をいただきました。

Cons:

一人で泊まったけど、大人専用な仕様（元の営業形態の名残？）が色濃く、また、トイレのタンクの不具合で流れにくいことが何度もあったり、トイレ兼洗面所のドアノブが無かったり...単身泊には気まずい箇所があった
直近で単身泊の予約したから仕方ないけど、安くはない料金でこの部屋の状態はちょっと...
予約時の対応が良かっただけに、残念でした。

スタッフの方の対応も良く、清掃も行き届いていてとても快適に過ごせました。
窓も広く部屋から眺める景色も最高でした。
次回も福岡に行く際はまた利用したいです。
