Pros:

Clean, well equipped, all the amenities, quietness, felt cozier than home

Cons:

The only downside would be the distance from the transportation, min 15min by feet. But it's worth it if you want the calm

La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Aucun ascenseur entre le rez de chaussée et et le 1 Er étage la réception. Avec des bagages lourd c est l enfer. Le petit déjeuner répétitif et pas qualitatif du tout.
Le personnel ne parle et ne comprend pas l anglais.

初福岡遠征でしたが、また来たいと思えるいい宿泊でした
Pros:

チェックインの時にお菓子やドリンクを頂けた
ノンアルのビールも飲み放題
お風呂が広い

Cons:

強いてあげるなら初日のバスローブがペラペラだったこと(使い古した感じで透けてしまう)
コンセントの数はあるけどベッドサイド両方にあったら尚良かった

不想挤商圈行李箱都打不开的房间就来这里
Pros:

可选择的早餐种类五种好像 西餐多些中餐一种。地理位置需要走一段路周围没什么商业但可以电视点餐送到房间价格不贵。且房间这个面积在日本属于偷着乐型，很宽敞对海景还是惬意的，眼前就是博多港塔夜景也挺好看。设施陈旧些还能看到九十年代的操作台还有掸子机 没玩不会。
入住给提前了三个小时真的很感谢。

満喫させて頂きました。フロントの方々親切に応対していただありがとうございました。
Pros:

海岸周辺のマリンメッセ福岡や博多タワーが眺められ最高でした。初の福岡旅行だったので他のホテルとの比較はできませんが、マリンメッセ福岡でのコンサートがメインの旅には大変利用しやすい場所とロケーションでした。

Cons:

到着してから判明した事として、ラブホテル兼ホテルだったと言うこと。娘を連れていた為かタクシーの運転手さんがラブホテルだと口を揃えて言うので、何となく不快ではありました。が、ホテル側がホテルと言えばホテルですし、ビジネスホテルの感覚で宿泊すると少し異なるのかなと感じました。
