Great location, unbearably hot room
Pros:

The location was excellent, especially with the fairly large grocery store right next door. On a different time of year this is probably a very good solution, particularly for solo travelers. The noise from the street was also surprisingly tolerable, even with the huge Wetherspoons next door.

Cons:

The room was unbearably hot. Even though there was an unprecedented heatwave going on, it's absolutely unacceptable to only provide a small fan and a window that barely opens in a modern hotel, and I can't imagine the situation would've been much better with more normal summer weather. Also, the elevators didn't work for most of my stay.

Good location for the train station and the venue i was attending

Cons:

Room was very small and warm even with the window open and a fan. Only 1 pillow per bed, had to ask at reception for extra towels and milk and coffee and felt like I was being a nuisance.

Pros:

There was no adapters along side beds to charge phone. No password for intranet connection was available in room and there was no tooth brush paste or shampoo was there. I was scrohing my skin wholenight in bed there was mites in the bed. Very poor arrange and stay

It was a very welcome, last minute booking due to train delays and missing my ferry to IoM.

Pros:

Room was very basic but good size and in very good location right in town center.

Cons:

Our room was above a pub and dustbin area so it was noisy at night due to pub noise and early morning due to bin collection.
Bathroom was very small with a tiny shower area and no cupboard space just a rod with few hangers to hang couple of clothes. There is no restaurant in the hotel so no food or drink is available but it’s in the town center so lots of shops and eating places nearby. Rooms needs updating and modernization.

Pros:

It was a convenient location and the staff were friendly. The room was a good size.

Cons:

The room door kept slamming very loudly. The lights also lept flickering.There was no AC and we were only given a very small fan. The wifi didn't work which was very disappointing. Also the sheets were not the cleaniest unfortunately.
