L'accueil est agréable. Les chambres spacieuses. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont variés. La piscine est un plus, bien que l'espace soit restreint. L'espace gym est bien fourni. Le SPA est agréable.

Cons:

La taille du restaurant ne permet pas d'accueillir suffisamment de monde pour le petit déjeuner. Le parking est vite saturé. Il manque des équipements ou ustensiles dans le cuisine (1 petit cuillère pour 2 personnes, par exemple).

Soggiorno di due giorni a Muscat
Pros:

Struttura nuova e pulita. Camere spaziose, silenziose e dotate di cucina con tutti i comfort. Piscina e palestra carine all’ultimo piano.

Cons:

Personale incapace di dare consigli. Appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto che cosa consigliassero di vedere a Muscat e ci è stato risposto solo il mutrah souq. Avevano proposte di tour organizzati in bella vista e neanche sono stati in grado di proporli come soluzioni per scoprire anche cosa ci fosse attorno. Attenzione al cliente bassissima. Direi poco avvezzi alla promozione della loro città.
La struttura é fuori e se si vuole girare si consiglia vivamente una macchina altrimenti prenotare i taxi diventa complicato. Per prenotare questi ultimi abbiamo avuto difficoltà con la reception perché ci é stato detto che non si potevano chiamare con un numero ma dovevamo per forza scaricare una app e prelevare contanti.
Consiglio la struttura solo se si ha un’auto a noleggio e tutto il necessario per essere autonomi.

Ottimo soggiorno!
Pros:

Ottimo hotel con parcheggio gratuito comodo. Camera spaziosa e confortevole, con mini cucina e bagno ampio con grande doccia. Aria condizionata potente.
La colazione è abbastanza varia, anche se con pochi dolci. Ristorante buono con prezzi accessibili. Consigliato!
