نظيفه ومش بس كذا غرفه فيها كل كلشي من مطبخ

الامور كلها كانت جميله لكن كمت ابي مرايا كبيرة ف غرفه عشان اشوف نفسي كامل فا ما كانت متوفرة

Pros:

It is ideally located near the Mall of Oman, the Avenue Mall and all food, pharmacy, tea and other facilities located at walking distance. Free EV Charging Station available in their parking. Free Parking also available at and around the hotel.

Cons:

The options and the quality of breakfast were very ordinary. Consider the price they charge for the room and breakfast, its not value for money.

Goed verblijf om Muscat te ontdekken.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Het personeel was onwijs vriendelijk.

Cons:

De bedden waren vrij hard. Wij misten een parasol bij het zwembad, zonder parasol was het daar niet vol te houden.

Pros:

We have arrived at 1am and the reception was working. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and modern.

Cons:

The surrounding of the hotel is under construction and there is no street light on the street that connects the hotel with the nearby shops and cafes. The room cleaning showed up after 3pm on the first day when we were in the room, but then they didn't clean our room for the next two days even though we weren't in the room for the whole day. There was some fishy smell coming from the kitchen cupboards.

Hygiene and hospitality

Cons:

Nothing much, everything was perfectly fine.
Just one aspect, we're not at room and Housekeeping team entered in our room and did cleaning, that's looks ethically not so good. They must come when tenants are available.
