Основное здание симпатичное, достаточно приветливый персонал.
Номера не стоят своих денег. Из развлечений только кровать. Нет холодильника, телевизора, вода в душе и в кране еле льется. Еда не вкусная, ну прямо очень не вкусная, хотя меню выглядит как в хорошем ресторане. Отдыхали в отеле одни пенсионеры. Вывод отель абсолютно не стоит своих денег.

Rooms a little noisy - I think it was the metal roof creaking during the night as the temperature cools. Nothing that ear plugs didn't solve.

Il soggiorno presso il Pioneers non ha solo soddisfatto le mie aspettative ma le ha anche superate. Camere funzionali, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. La parte esterna è meravigliosa: giardini, aiuole, corsi d'acqua curati nei minimi particolari. Un attenzione ad ogni dettaglio che non può non essere apprezzata. Molto bella ed accogliente anche la veranda dove vengono serviti i pasti. Il servizio di ristorazione è eccellente; brillano la qualità delle materie prime e la presentazione dei piatti stessi. Una menzione particolare però va fatta allo staff, dalle receptionist alle signore delle pulizie, dai giardinieri ai camerieri, dagli autisti ai cuochi, nessuno escluso. Questo ha fatto veramente la differenza. Persone prima ancora che dipendenti, estremamente professionali ma anche sempre sorridenti e pronti a scambiare due chiacchiere con discrezione e cordialità. Se dovessi tornare alle cascate Vittoria non esiterei a pernottare nuovamente al Pioneers!
E' difficile trovare qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto. Forse se proprio devo sforzarmi direi la mancanza di bidet (o doccino) nei bagni. Ma questo è forse più un vezzo italiano :)
- The receptionist upon arrival was great.
- They have some of the best waiters (Marc was amazing - kind and very attentive person)
- Co-ordination of breakfast can improve. On two of the days we needed to ask someone to take our order.
- The one night we had dinner at the hotel, we were ushered to a table in a poor position, yet there were plenty tables open (even though we had mentioned we were going to have dinner there).. Only once Marc came to serve us was our evening saved.
The property has a British colonial feeling. I truly enjoyed the garden and the plants. The service was very good as the staff was attentive and courteous. The tall bell person standing in front of the hotel was so cheerful in greeting the guests and helpful in unloading the luggage immediately. The overall experience made my stay very pleasant and memorable.

A very restful stay and very friendly staff.
We choose this hotel because of its setting within a beautiful park-like garden. It is very tastefully decorated and lies in a quiet neighbourhood. The property seems very well managed and maintained; the staff are certainly a big plus of this hotel - they are extremely professional, friendly and efficient. The room was fine as was the food. Pioneers is certainly a good choice when visiting Vic Falls.
The only thing we did not like was that 2 ducks spent most of their time in the pool, which we did not find very inviting.
