Pros:

ロケーションが良かったです

Cons:

連泊で掃除をしないプランでした。
タオルの交換は出来るかを電話で確認して部屋前に交換のため出しましたが、その後外出から戻っても届いてなかったので、フロントへ連絡しました。
中国系の店員さんから元々のプランが対応してないと言われて、ちょっとありえないなと思いました。

도미인 모토마치! 추천해요!
Pros:

차이나타운과 모토마치 상점가 바로 옆, 포트타워 가깝고,
대부분의 상점가들과도 가까워 접근성 좋습니다. 아침 조식은 맛있고 양도 풍부해 좋았구요. 하지만 나머지 그 어떤것보다 대욕장과 사우나, 마사지체어 휴게실이 제일 좋았습니다!! 최고였어요!

Cons:

호텔 안내사항에 붙어 있었습니다만, 야간 시간에 주변에서 공사가 진행되는거는 꽤 거슬리는편이었습니다.
이것빼면 없어요!

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Only stayed one night but the staff were very helpful and the hotel was a very high standard. It’s on the edge of Chinatown which was convenient for finding good places to eat.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little pricey.

温泉最高！
Pros:

夜鳴きそばや湯上がりアイス、無料のマッサージチェアなどドーミーインならではのサービスでホテルに帰ってきてからも充実した時間を過ごせたのが良かった。
加えて、0歳３ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れての滞在であったがベビーバスを貸していただけたり、希望すればベッドガードもすでに部屋に取り付けてくれていた。大浴場の温泉もとても良かったです。

Cons:

他の部屋との下水管が繋がっているから？か洗面台からたまにぽこぽこ音がした。 仕方がないことではあるが大浴場が混雑する時間帯だとマッサージチェアがなかなか空かない。

Pleasantly surprised by the outdoors onsen and the price for such a convenient location
Pros:

The location was right next to Chinatown, and also within walking distance to Sannomiya, so food was available late in the evening. Outdoors onsen felt great - the cool breeze made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The late-night ramen is one of the worse ones we have had within the chain, and we have been to quite a few. No free drinks during the ramen session either except for water.
