Excellent place to stay in a wonderful city!!!
Pros:

First and foremost, you just can't beat the location! Just a couple minutes walk from the train staion and then, for all intents and purposes, you're in Kobe's Chinatown, with a slew of savory treats more or less at, or just around the corner from, your doorstep! Meriken Park is just a few minutes walk away, where you can "BE KOBE" .... and reflect upon 1995. And don't miss the night music and light up in the park! Superb!
Next up, the on site "onsen" public bath rocks! Wonderfully relaxing after hiking around town, and then, free ice cream! I mean, c'mon! How good can it get?!!!
Staff was pleasant. My room was "spacious" by Japan standards, although I didn't actually spend much time there. I was either tromping around town, or (two times) enjoying the relaxing pleasures of the onsen!
Kobe is a wonderful city, and for a visit, this is a wonderful place to stay!

Cons:

WiFi connection and speed was not up to par.

施設が新しく清潔。

Pros:

地點好走去商圈方便，其他dormy inn有的大浴場，冰棒，夜鳴拉麵也都如預期的讓人滿意，在三宮鬧區不好找到好停車的飯店，它家有停車塔自駕友善

Cons:

早餐跟齊下其他家比好像略遜一籌，沒有感覺到有融入地方食材，另外停車費不便宜

Pros:

とても綺麗な上に、温泉も整っていました。入浴後は無料のアイスやコーヒー、ヤクルト、蕎麦提供がありお得意感満載でした。
スタッフの方も丁寧ですし、観光地に近く立地条件も大変良かったです。
