一部の従業員の為にホテルのすべて無くしてしう　自分は二度と利用しません
Pros:

天然温泉の大浴場があった

Cons:

レストランの従業員の態度が最悪
夜泣きそばの配膳が乱暴でスープが指にかかったのに謝りもしない　また提供終了近くの時間にまだ食べていると言ったのに、さっさと片付けててしまう始末

満足な旅行宿
Pros:

夕食は利用しなかったが、スタッフさんの挨拶や説明がとても良かった。
ホテルの立地が南京街のすぐ近くで、食べ歩きするのに便利でした。
昨年岡山のドーミーインさんを利用した時に感じた満足度以上でした😊

Cons:

駐車料金がもう少し安く成れば嬉しい😄

今年度最初で最高の旅行になったのも、こちらのホテルの宿泊要因大きいです♡ありがとうございます。
Pros:

子供に対してもスタッフの方の対応が丁寧だったので、感心して感謝しました。
マッサージ機が最高。
湯上がりのフリーサービスがありがたい。子供もとても喜んでしました。
立地もよく80歳の高齢の母も出かけやすく、戻りやすく４世代での家族に最適でした。
漫画の貸し出しもめちゃありがたかったです。

Good stay but a few issues
Pros:

This was our 3rd Dormy Inn stay in Japan. Good location on the edge of China Town. The public onsen was decent and one of us enjoyed it, but the other had tattoos so was not allowed. Ice cream, yakult, ramen, massage chairs etc. good as usual. The vending machines had Orion Watta which we've never seen outside of Okinawa so it was a pleasant surprise. Extra pillows upon request.

Cons:

The room was quite small for a Dormy Inn. When entering there was a bad smell of cigarettes / body odour which we quickly realised was coming from the AC (probably needs a deep clean) and we had to have it turned off the whole stay. Pillows were old and low quality. My partner didn't like the 10F smoking area, it had poor ventilation and was very small.

最高！素晴らしい！
Pros:

お返事も温泉も素晴らしかったです！！前夜は有田温泉に1泊しましたがお宿が古くてアメニティも少なく清掃も行き届いておらずとてもがっかりしていました。しかし、こちらに泊まってとっても素晴らしいホスピタリティや清潔さに安心しました。値段は有田温泉のお宿の5分の１以下で、本当にお安い！！ドーミーインのファンになりました。

外人さんが多く、温泉でのマナーが気になりました。
