Staff kind friendly professional.
Our flight was delayed so we missed the check-in time from 11am to 8pm, which effectively canceled out reservation without notice. Although they have a 24 hour customer service number, it was meaningless as it was an automatic recording so we slept in the car overnight until they opened at 11am. After rebooking on site, we took a look around the room and knew this was not the hotel we saw in the pictures. The cockroach on the office wall was a dead giveaway of the way the hotel is run. We immediately canceled our stay and were refunded. Untimely, we traveled an hour North near Zebulon and stayed in a 2 star hotel with greater experience.
Property was very convenient, staff was great! Don’t book through Expedia, they will charge you over $600. Go through the property, it’s only a little over $300 for the week! You’re welcome!
The room had a bad smell Cockroaches crawling on the walls Found bed bugs in the pillows The stove did not work Stuff around the bottom in the bathroom was falling off And the drain in the shower was not on it was off So my overall experience with in town suites was not very good
My room was okay.
I was harassed and reported to office e he laughed. I had random.knocks om room at 2 am etc. I then had a man knocking at my door asking for oral sex. I looked outhe window two more guys had mask on laughing around my car. I was scared I never had guest at my room i dont carry myself inappropriate I am a traveling nurse. Guys stood outside my door making remarks and watching me. I called the police on the man and office guy never came down to check on me like he said an guy up stairs spit at me over the balcony. I don't do drugs and I'm not a prostitute I never come out my ro but to work my 12 to 16 hr shifts I have proof. So for me not to be valued by staff coming to this state and area to work as a travel nurse blows my mind. The police states long enough for me to pack up and leave. I didn't get refunded for the night I didn't get to stay in my room or being harassed for 2 weeks and put left in dabger. The guy in the office never returned my calls and 3 weeks later he finally answer and said we don't do refunds. I ask for corporate number and he said they are not for to doing anything either. This was a very scary stay. Im just not sure about these booking apps now.
For single occupancy. The room was the right size.
The toilet set was missing a screw.
It needed more lighting in the kitchen area.
Nothing
Rooms smelled like cigarettes. I did not check in or stay
1st floor is great for my knee issues. Laundry has an app. So secure. Don't have to worry bout coin issues.
The bed is super hard. I have to buy a sponge. I woke up with hip spasms from it.
