Fijn hotel met goede voorzieningen.
Pros:

Buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden, erg schone kamers.

Cons:

De geboekte kamer was erg klein en had geen mogelijkheid om kleding weg te leggen/hangen. We hebben voor een aantal dagen een upgrade genomen naar een grotere kamer. En alhoewel ook daar geen voorziening was om kleren weg te leggen was door de grootte van de kamer voldoende plaats om de koffers geopend weg te leggen.

Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast in a lovely lobby.

This was a beautiful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast was superb! I would stay here again!

Quiet, convenient location with outstanding staff
Pros:

I like the quiet location, an easy walk along the river to centre of Kyoto or via train or subway stations.
The staff were superb and very helpful when my companion lost her phone.
There are a couple of great local eateries nearby, a sushi and a noodle place.
The complimentary juices, coffee and tea in the communal lounge/bar were appreciated.
Yakatas/night shirts were great.
Close to Temple.

Cons:

Some may find the location too far from the centre.
Otherwise nothing, really great!

Spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Table and chairs were placed at a weird spot, making it very inconvenient to move around the room. Lots of wasted space that could have hooks for clothes and hangers instead of the only spot in front of the restroom door, which basically blocks part of the entrance to the bathroom. Not much space to put things in the restroom.

Det var et dejligt hotel med gode værelser og god beliggenhed.

Cons:

Der var varmt på værelset og det kan man ikke selv styre via aircondition, det gør receptionen - det fungerede ikke optimalt.
Der manglede en bar der var åben om aftenen.
Lidt flere valgmuligheder i morgenbuffeten ville være at foretrække.

Le déjeuner est bon, on a le choix entre 4 plats et on a un buffet avec café, croissants, jus, salade, smooties, granulaire, et autres. Belle chambre, bien équipé même si petite (c'est le Japon).
