Appeared much better online than in person. No tables or chairs which was hard to find a place to eat

チェックアウト時に系列レストラン（Ilkari Restaurant）の二重（不正）請求をされそうになりました。レストランで既に支払ってある決済画263AUDを見せ、追加支払いがないことを確認してチェックアウトしたにもかかわらず、その後勝手にwise（デビットカード）から全く身に覚えの無い34 AUDが引き落とされていました。
すぐにBooking.comとホテル（公式HP問い合わせフォーム）に連絡しましたが、Booking.comが迅速に対応してくれた一方で、ホテル側は何度も送ったメッセージを完全に無視し続けました。
返答がないためWiseに異議申し立て（チャージバック）を行った途端、ホテルのヘッドクォーターから連絡が来ました。しかし、その後のやり取りも言い訳や矛盾が多く、非常にいい加減な対応でした。最終的には、ホテル側の対応を待つ間にWiseが調査を完了させ、無事に返金してくれました。

立地は良いかもしれませんが、管理体制とカスタマーサポートが非常に悪質です。滞在される方は明細やカードの請求を細かく確認することをお勧めします。

During check-out, the hotel attempted to double-charge me for a meal at their affiliated restaurant (Ilkari Restaurant). Even though I showed them the proof of my original payment of AUD 263 on the spot and confirmed that no additional payment was owed, an unauthorized charge of AUD 34—which I had no knowledge of whatsoever—was debited from my Wise card after I checked out.

I immediately contacted both Booking.com and the hotel (via their official website inquiry form). While Booking.com responded promptly, the hotel completely ignored multiple messages I sent directly.
It was only after I initiated a chargeback dispute through Wise due to the lack of response that the hotel's headquarters finally got in touch.
However, their subsequent correspondence was extremely careless, full of excuses and contradictory claims. In the end, Wise completed their investigation and refunded my money before the hotel ever took responsibility.

While the location may be good, their management and customer support are terribly unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise future guests to carefully inspect their receipts and card statements.

Recommendation from the hotel stuff that we should eat at Gecos Cafe in the resort was the worst they could do. I understand that this is the resort at the middle of Outback and it is expensive, but at least some quality should go with it. The food was worst experience I could imagine on all days of our stay, it was the first time I’ve not been able to eat more than two bites because it was so terrible. It also influenced the overall opinion of the resort as all of these hotels are connected and in one place.
