Pros:

The bed waa comfortable and the room had enough space. We were generously compensated when we reported om check out that we were given only one towel.

Cons:

The staff were friendly but did not consider waiting times for their customers. We arrived by a courtesy airport transfer bus together with many other cutomers. Instead of checking everyone quickly into their rooms, the 3 staff members spent ages answering questions about tours and how to book them etc. Despite the fact that 3 counters were open, we waited for half an hour before we could check in. The aircon in the room was very noisy and there were no windows apart from a frosted window in the shower and toilet, so it felt a little bunkerish.

素敵なリゾート体験でした
Pros:

シャワールームとトイレが別になっているのがありがたかったです。
また、ランドリールームで無料で洗濯・乾燥ができました（２台ずつしかないので、順番待ちがありましたが）。
ショッピング施設が隣なので、スーパーでの朝ごはんの調達なども楽ちんでした。
着いて早速展望台まで１０分ほどブラブラ散歩して、ウルルと対面しました！

Cons:

リゾート内のシャトルバスやツアーのバスには、隣のセイルズ・イン・ザ・デザートに行かなければ乗れないのがちょっと面倒かも。空港の行き来のバスは、ホテルの前で乗り降りできます。

I truly enjoyed my stay; I would recommend it overall!
Pros:

I liked the room design (essential, but modern and functional), as well as the location, at the heart of the Ayers Rock Resort area. The staff was friendly and ready to take our requests.

Cons:

The room could have a bit more infrastructure for dining in (e.g., a microwave, a larger counter, etc.). Not only does food tend to be expensive in the Ayers Rock Resort area, but if you have intolerances and/or dietary requirements, eating out is not as easy as it would be in, e.g., a proper city (I am vegetarian and my partner has celiac).

Pros:

L'hotel è situato nei pressi dell'ingresso del parco di Uluru, nella zona in cui sono situati tutti gli hotel. La camera spaziosa e pulita così come il bagno "scomposto". doccia da una parte, sanitari da un'altra, lavabo direttamente in camera, però ripeto, lo spazio non manca! La struttura dispone di un comodo ampio parcheggio a pochi metri di distanza.

Cons:

La reception chiude presto, alle 19 se non ricordo male, e non è comodissimo per arrivi tardivi. i pickup per gli eventi organizzati non sono davati all'hotel, ma davanti a un hotel vicino, a 5 minuti a piedi; peccato che la cosa non ci fosse stata spiegata con esattezza dal personale dell'albergo; quando abbiao chiesto chiarimenti, la receptionist è stata piuttosto scortese, probabilmente perchè erano le 19.10 e la reception era ormai chiusa.
