Vom Hotel aus ist das Stadt Zentrum von Basel sehr leicht mit der Straßenbahn Nr. 11 erreichbar, die alle 8 Minuten fährt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unser Zimmer- über Eck- war toll !
Die Aussicht genial.
Bequeme Betten, grosser Fernseher, sehr großes Badezimmer mit frei stehender Badewanne und einer extra Dusche !
zwei getrennte Waschtische - für jeden ein eigener- mit viel Platz für die Ablage aller kosmetischen Utensilien.
Das Frühstücks Buffet ist sehr vielfältig. Wurst, Schinken, Käse, Dips, Oliven, Räucherlachs, frische Obst Auswahl- alles da!
Warme Gerichte - Eier, Speck, Pfannkuchen, etc.- kann man bestellen und werden frisch zubereitet.
Die Garage ist sehr hell - und hatte sehr große Stellplätze!
Insgesamt ein perfektes Hotel für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Basel!

I highly suggest this hotel for staying when in Basel. I will definitely choose it again next time.
Pros:

Location was perfect- close to railway station and tram stops. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. My room was much larger than I expected and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby :)

Gute Lage in Nähe Bahnhof.
Moderne, sinnvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht und ausreichend Platz.
Sehr freundliches Personal an Reception.

Cons:

Handtücher waren nicht 4-Sterne-Level.
Personal Bistro/Bar z.T. sehr unfreundlich (Ausnahme die weibliche Bedienung; männliche Bedienung fragte beim Abräumen nicht mal, ob es geschmeckt hat; Bistro-Chef sagt nicht Auf Wiedersehen, wenn man einen halben Meter an ihm vorbeigeht...)
Roomservice extrem schlecht (hat ca. 80 MInuten gedauert!)

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean and nice, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made our stay even better. And the ice cream is absolutely delicious! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.
