Pros:

The sauna is our favourite place. The gym is excellent too. Buffet: always a pleasure!

Cons:

The saune showcases good usage on the wood. Prone for cuts on the skin. Maybe have a look and start looking at repairing it.

Whether it was recommendations for exploring Basel, quick assistance with requests, or simply the warm greetings throughout the day, the team made my stay feel personal and effortless. My room was spotless, spacious, and decorated with a stylish yet cozy touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the soundproofing excellent, and the large windows offered a lovely view of the city. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the high‑quality amenities to the clever lighting and perfect room temperature. The dining experience was exceptional! Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, delicious, and varied, with both healthy options and irresistible treats.
