This hotel was a scam. We arrived to several other groups of people waiting to check in, including families with children. Only to be told that the advert was fake, there were no rooms and any money already paid had been spent by the scum bag man who resides there. I have seen several reviews stating the same since but the advert still remains on expedia and other similar sites. BEWARE
Upon arrival at this hotel we were told that they are not operating as a hotel at the moment and told that there was no rooms the staff were very unhelpful. This left us with out anywhere to stay and ended our family holiday

I arrived and the hotels had no idea why i was there.they had not received any information from hotels.com,i had to find another hotel at great expense, my reservation number is 9194100197098, i would like a refund please.its hard to contact you online, i will keep trying, thank you.
I didn’t get a hotel through the hotel I booked I paid but it didn’t come through there system
Hotel does not exist anymore, booked and travelled four hours to find the hotel was a residential property. I had to find another hotel to stay which took till midnight, cost triple the price but had no other option as I had a 2 year old son with me which showed on the booking and it takes 3 days to get through to hotels.com. Currently trying to contact hotels.com regarding my refund and to discuss the fact I had to pay triple and had a child with me…but it’s like getting blood from a stone actually being able to speak to someone never mind discussing the problem. I’ll probably end up with a voucher for hotels.com for the price I originally paid to be used at the same hotel at a later date.. I work on customer service so understand how hard it can be but this is hard work. I won’t use hotels.com after this and not expecting much when I have spoke to the third department I’ve been passed to. I would add a photo of someone sleeping on the streets or something in Blackpool but I want this to show so other people don’t make the same mistake
We showed up to this property paid beforehand. Knocked on the door only to b told sorry this isnt a hotel or guesthouse this is private home.for me n my partner theh took our money then told us lies.total disgrace to treat ppl .so therefor please everyone dont use this property or expedia.
Turned up to check in to be told they didnt deal with hotels .com and they dont have a room for us! No help at all offered . Lounge area on entering had a foul unpleasant smell. Would advise to avoid this hotel

Got to hotel and they had no reservation from hotel.com for my family even though i had confirmation email. Told me they dont even work with hotel.com. Do not book this hotel
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! We arrived to be told our booking was not expected and that the hotel are closed trying to get a refund for the room I paid for but never got to stay in but not hearing a word from either Expedia or the hotel. I WILL NOT BE USING EXPEDIA EVER AGAIN. Appalling company.
Cancelled through expedia hotel didnt have the decency to call back after two calls to them to try to sort problem not impressed
