Unfortunately when I arrive to the hotel. Lady Who checked my booking way she treat me not so polite 😕 way. First impression was not so good as I expect.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und Aussicht
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, super Ausblick mit Schloss (extra gebucht). Hat alles was man braucht und der Massagesessel war auch sehr toll

Cons:

Frühstück war eine gute Auswahl aber vom Geschmack her nicht so unser Fall

最高でした！！！
Pros:

十階の角部屋キャッスルビューにしていただき、また早めに着いたがチェックインもさせてくださった。目の前がお城で感激したが夜のライトアップも目の前で贅沢過ぎた。
湯船も自動でお湯が溜まりまたレインシャワーもあり完全に疲れが取れた。
水回りが広く使いやすい。また動線が動きやすくストレスなし。まだ新しいようだった。
ベッドも寝心地よく朝早くからのサッカーW杯も心地よいベッドで観戦できた。このホテルに泊まるために福山に行きたいくらい

素晴らしいホテルでお勧めです｡
Pros:

ツインの広いお部屋に変えてくださいました｡スタッフの皆様もお優しく､対応も素晴らしいです｡お部屋もとてもきれいで､居心地が良かったです｡

Cons:

エアコンを調節するタッチパネルが中々反応しなかったこと｡あとは何もありません｡

Pros:

2回目の利用でしたが綺麗で清潔感がありとても快適でした

Cons:

駐車スペースが少ないので、前回同様近くの有料パーキングに止めることになった
